We had a Great Times staying at the Hotel for four nights. The staff is very Friendly, everything is Clean and Looks Beautiful. we used the Yoga Terrace a lot. Unfortunately, there were some hiccups around the Planning of a Tour and the Yoga Lessons - but to make up for it the Hotel invited us for Breakfast. The Day Before we arrived there was some Strong Floading so the streets where still a lot of puddles in the street. This did not impact our stay at all. the wind was Pretty Strong and the Sea was therefore quite rough - not suitable for snorkeling. but we were pleasantly Surprised by the weather and Even if it’s quiet a Touristy Place all the people are very Friendly and not too aggressivly trying to sell their Things…

The walls are quite thin but as it’s quite during the night this was not an issue

This hotel was simply delightful & the highlight stay of my trip. The pool was the perfect place to relax & cool off after a long hot day & the ambient music created a lovely atmosphere. My room was spotless & beautifully designed. The staff were incredibly helpful & I easily was able to book various tours through them. The free yoga sessions were the cherry on top! 10/10 recommend, do not miss this place. Also, I had no problem at all getting there - water does collect in the streets on the island but that is a widespread problem & part of having natural sand/dirt roads. There are pavements you can usually walk on or there were stones set in to any boggy parts. I had no issues at all (& I went in rainy season)

Lovely place, great design, amicable staff.

In the room there are not enough power sockets and it was quite uncomfortable to charge the phone at night. The main issue is the location: The hotel is walking distance from the centre/beach, but in the rainily season (July - November), the town gets frequently flooded and it was nearly impossible to reach the hotel or to leave it without getting the feet in the dirt water. And I mean, full foot deep in the water and playing dangerous floor is lava (see the pic). I spent all days out without coming back because of this difficulty. At night several taxis denied to take me there. I spoke about it to the hotel staff and they had no answers as if there was nothing they could do about it.

Room was really spacious, bed so comfortable. A little walk into town which was nice. Staff were really friendly and helpful! Cold water drinker & free tea/coffee was nice

Be prepared to cross through these huge huge huge puddles on the way to the hotel (not hotels fault but should be mentioned). Power outage lasted for a full day, would be nice if hotel had generators!

Great value for money, stylish and comfortable rooms, and the staff were all super lovely and helpful. Although there is no breakfast available on property, they serve coffee in the morning and the hotel is close to very good cafes nearby. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night!

Something to be mindful about staying in Isla Holbox - some of the roads were flooded when we were there (we’re told this is to be expected), including the road facing the hotel. So best to take a taxi buggy from the port to the hotel

This is one of the prettiest hotels I’ve ever stayed at, both inside and outside. The room was spacious and super comfortable. Location is great, close to the center but not on a busy street. The girls at reception were sweet and helpful

Maximum 5 minutes of warm water, and the walls were super thin. Im a light sleeper and would literally be waken up by people walking through the corridors at night even though they were being quiet

Amazing Stay on Isla Holbox! I absolutely loved my time here! The location was perfect—just steps from the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with everything I needed. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway in paradise! Staff was great!!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, I loved being there the music at reception, the pool, the decor, and the friendliness of staff! Also they do have good packages on the tours which are cheaper than booking online, I came to see the whale shark and bioluminescence and it would have been cheaper booking at the hotel. Thank you for such a great stay. Special thank you for helping me clean my running shoes too!

It is a bit far away from the town centre, not a problem if it isn't rainy season. If it is, be prepared to get taxis or bring some of those shoes for walking in water as the streets flood. Otherwise the is amazing and so friendly!

The decoration of the building and the room is superb. Makes it feel very homy and relaxing. Great that they offer free water, coffee and tea too and the girls at the reception are super nice and helpful. Walkable distance to both the ferry and the main parts of town without being inside all the chaos and noise of the main streets

A lot, we enjoyed the hotel very much, and even extended our stay. Good location (we could walk or ride anywhere without any problem), very good attitude and service, and very nice room. I loved that for some reason, even though we always turned off the AC when leaving, every time we returned from the harsh sun outside and back to our room, it felt cool and fresh. I also noticed a lot they did to improve the facilities, based on the negative comments I read previous to my stay (my room was right next to the pool, and it didn't feel humid at all, thanks to the dehumidifier; and it smelled nice, thanks to the continous aroma spray; nice LED stripe to fully illuminate the room if needed; shower had very nice pressure, although sometimes water wouldn't heat so much; pool was clean and fresh, and it had a bench to leave your stuff while in the water, etc.)

WiFi did not reach our bedroom, and since the island has no phone reception, we were basically uncommunicated once in our room and without internet access. Also, some sort of storage space for the bathroom would be nice (my wife has a lot of stuff and had to pile everything up besides the sink). Finally, towels were just a bit harsh to the touch.
