We stayed here 12 years ago and they upgraded a lot of things. Looks very beautiful and the location is very good. The beach is great as well. Miss Nancy was wonderful checking us in!!

The elevators take FOREVER. We had an issue with our lights / ac and when I explained that the card wasn’t working I was very pissed off I had to run up 5 flights of stairs to use the card that I told them didn’t work in the first place. As a guest i shouldn’t have to do that. This also made us miss our rodizio reservation so that was even more upsetting. There’s no working ATM on property either. The food isn’t good but it isn’t bad, it’s very much an all inclusive restaurant

Great pool, Breakfast Buffet, HVAC, and comfortable seating inside the room, as well as near the buffet. The room was soundproofed much better than any other hotel we have stayed at on the island.

The room did not provide a water dispenser or daily water bottles. Had to purchase water locally. Every other hotel we stayed at previously on the island provided water. The patio did not have lounging furniture, hammock, or tables. Just two chairs. The TV was so old it had a blurry picture. The sets in our neighbors room and in the bedroom were much better. All minor issues and did not affect the overall enjoyment of the stay. We had a very poor experience with a snorkeling excursion arranged through the concierge, however the issue was with the provider and not the hotel. The hotel listened well to our issues and made a fair compensation.

We had a fabulous time at PA. The staff were so kind and warm, the food quality and portions are great (especially for an all-inclusive). Cocktails are delicious. Buffet breakfast was incredible, what tasty way to start the day! We loved the beach club and were there almost everyday. We had a hot tub in our room and there were bath salts provided which was a nice touch. Overall, a lovely romantic and relaxing stay.

Our room was opposite the elementary school and unfortunately we were woken up by lots of music and kids activities around 7:30/8am during the week. There are lots of signs at the beach club saying you can't reserve the sun beds, but annoying guests ignore these signs and put their towel down to reserve and then disappear for hours... staff don't seem to care or enforce this. It just means if you wander down at 10am after breakfast, you may not get a spot.

Hardworking and friendly staff. The private beach of Playa Norte was very nice, as was the pool. We had a large clean room with a balcony and a hot tub overlooking the pool area. Very close to the ferry, shops, bars and restaurants of the island. Massages were also good at the hotel and the sauna and shower area was clean in the spa. Our favourite restaurant was Satay and we also liked Sabor for Breakfast. I think the hardworking staff in the poolbar should have a fan behind the bar, as it was very hot!

The pool got very busy and the poolbar could be quite packed and noisy. We'd hoped for some more varieties on the wines, sparkling wines and beers across the resort. At times the refilling of water and other items was a bit slow to the room.

The property was so clean and beautiful. The staff is what makes this place. They were so nice and attentive to all of our needs. I can’t say enough about them. From the coffee bar in the morning to dinner on the beach at night, and all the in betweens. The beaches are so clean, white sands, beautiful water. The restaurants are great and have different options. We had an Americana buffet on the beach one night that was fabulous!! The pool bar is so wonderful and the entertainment in the afternoons were great! The drinks were so good. Bout it is definitely the people that make this place. I felt like we were all old friends by the time we left. We will definitely be back!!

The hotel location, the private beach area, bartenders (Victor/Morales) music and food were all excellent. It was our first time staying at Privilege Aluxes and we'll definitely be returning.

The pool was way too warm. With the humidity at Isla Mujeres, it would be more refreshing if the temperature in the pool was not as warm... the pool water felt more like a Jacuzzi. I also heard other guests complain about how warm the pool was.

Everyone was really friendly, the welcome was great. The location is wonderful, you are in the heart of the town. Easy quick walk to experience local life. However it is private enough that you don't have to worry about to many people.

I would have to say the food. One night they had a Fiesta and it was really really really good. I wish instead of wings they would offer more of the local dishes. When traveling to other countries you like to try the food of the cultural.

Perfect service at the restaurants, special mention to Rodizio night where the quality has been really high. Personnel is very available and kind everywhere. The room was very comfortable, especially the Jacuzzi on the balcony. The SPA provides the best massages ever. The location is very central and the beach is the best one on the island.

The quality of the breakfast was not at the level of all the other services in terms of quality expected.

The location is nice. Rooms and pool are also nice. Staff is very friendly in the lobby and pool. A nice beach front was a big plus. The stay was for a wedding and our first anniversary. The hotel staff were wonderful. Thank you to the house keeping crew for the anniversary Champaign and the swan, my wife was in awe. More than the resort in Cancun we stayed for our actual wedding! Our great pool bar bartenders/pool staff, Alex, Santiago, santino, and Eduardo keeping us having a good time. The check in service at the front desk. And Alexi! The super woman. Thank you for getting us the dinner on the beach, and helping with all the great tips and things to do. She really goes above and beyond and is something special!

Night time location to have a drink in a social environment.

Food and staff were excellent. Pool bar was responsive and drinks were fresh. Will be coming again.

I don't mind using a QR code for the menu's and other information but a paper copy would also be helpful. To be fair, I did not request one at the front desk. They may have had some.
