Staff super friendly, too close to restaurants, markets and the most important... 2 blocks away from the beach. It is also close to Ado terminal of buses. Spacious rooms and I got cleaning every day. It is quite at nights, despite being next to bars and local stores. Payment and check-in process was fast. They give you a coffee maker to use in your room. Services all good (Water, Tv, Electricity) only the wi-fi a little weak in the room, anyway I didn't care. Very traditional Mexican Villa building. My whole experience was good, no complains. I'd come back.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! Located literally in the same block as ADO turistica, at the start of Quinta Avenida and 2 min walk from Cozumel ferry terminal/the beach, the location cant possibly get any better in term of accessibility. Staff is friendly and let us stow our bags until check in time. Room was okay with an AC, a TV, 2 queen beds, a ceiling fan and a safe. Bathroom is kinda compact but not to the point of being uncomfortable. Overall a great place for the price. Wouldnt mind staying here again as long as the weather doesnt get crazy hot.

AC was under sized for the room and it had to work really hard to cool things down. Cleanliness was about 2.5/5. The hotel also have a weird policy of handing you the TV & AC remote at checkin and expect you to check hand them back during checkout. Another weird thing was that we got reminded 5 different ways that our checkout was at 12pm the next day and would be charged 10USD per extra hour (1. in the booking confirmation email; 2. a notice at the check in desk; 3. a notice in the room; 4. an email on the night before checkout; 5. a note slipped under our door the morning of checkout).

The hotel was clean and inviting and not generic. We loved the style and the courtyard. A shower and restrooms in the courtyard by the pool were great to wash off the sand after a day at the beach.

TVs were very small and not streaming but not a deal breaker. Also, only two towels and no bath mats, also not a dealbreaker. For the price and great location you can make it work.

Everything was excellent and well taken care of, and easy to check in, and just a beautiful setting, well located in the central area, not far off 5th Ave, but away from the Night Club scene for lower nighttime noise. I traveled with my nephew, and we shared a queen size suite, which was huge and well furnished and comfortable. Also had a beautiful patio enjoying the evening breeze, the lights in the city and would stay there again for sure. Staff was very nice, check in was easy, check out was easier, and once again really well located and central to everything. Good clubhouse sandwich and restaurant next door open late and a ton of dining and drinking and dancing options. Bravo, salute🇨🇦🙏🇲🇽🤿🏝️☮️

Very spacious room, comfortable bed, new air condition, quiet rooms even if directly next to la quinta, great shower with much pressure and a shower hose (almost never find this in Mexico, it was amazing). Besides that the hotel is in very proper condition and the style of the hotel and rooms is just amazing. Not just the usual concrete blocks and interior, no, amazing and beautiful wooden elements, tables and chairs in the room and the dome in the room above the bed is just beautiful. Besides that very close to the beach and the ADO.

Great central location in Playa del Carmen

Wifi was unusable, only 1 bar in our room which was a problem. Also Booking says they have parking, but staff didn't know anything about it and sent us to a random parking lot in the neighborhood where we paid 300 pesos per day (about $15 per day). Some staff were really super friendly and nice, others didn't care at all.

we asked several times for tips for paid parking and they told us that the price was always 25 pesos per hour, by searching on our own we found other cheaper alternatives. As soon as we arrived they told us that breakfast was not included, after pointing it out he checked and it was included but they told us several times that it was basic as if to make us understand not to go there, we went anyway and they brought us bread and jam, fresh fruit juice and coffee. breakfast must be had at the bar of another hotel 10 minutes from there

Traditional Spanish decor. Comfortable bed. Great location. Very QUIET side street at night. No Discos near by!!!! 1 block from ADO bus. We arrived at10 pm with a late flight from US. Took ADO for $12.each. Staff was there and able to check us in. Great security with staff manning gated entrance all night.

Email communication in Spanish. and Booking app does not translate. But all is good .thanks any way.

The location was excellent, just 150m or so from the beach and just steps from La Quinta. The hacienda was quaint and comfortable.

Surprisingly, there was no complementary bottled water nor was there a bottle filling station as there were at every other site I stayed at on my tour of Mexico. Most disappointing was the sporadic availability of wifi.

It's just a 3-minute walk from the ADO terminal, making it super convenient and close to the beach. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. My room was spacious with a lovely view of the swimming pool. I really enjoyed the colonial-style atmosphere, which added a charming touch to my stay
