The hotel was super nice. The pool area is like in the pictures if not even nicer. The pool temperature was cool - the best way to cool of from the heat. We also had some drinks & a dinner at the pool - both really yummy. Our room was on the lowest level behind the pool area. Due to the arrangement of the plants it was not noisy at all (just if people were chatting while passing our room, but this would be the case for any room). The AC worked well and the beds were very comfy. The bathroom was spacey and the tiles in the shower really beautiful. The breakfast was super delicious. Various forms of eggs - sunny side up, omelet- bread, sweets, cereals, great selection of fresh fruits, juices, coffee, tea,… and very sweet and accomodating staff at the breakfast place. There are lovely tour guides in the lobby which do not approach you but will book a tour for you, if you wish. We did the Akumal snorkeling (with turtles) and cenotes tour, which we can highly recommend. En plus there is secure parking included. The parking space is right next to the hotel. They have a small gym which works well, if it‘s less than 4 people in there. Lots of supermarkets, restaurants and bars are to be found in walking distance. As well as the beach.

Friday to Saturday they had a little pool party untill 1 am, which was a little louder and turned ob the pool music at 7 am again. It didn‘t bother us too much but just letting you know.

Staff was great, breakfast, location, swimming pool and restaurant, everything was great. We are happy with our stay.

The only downside to our stay was the dampness in the room. It was consistently so humid that it had a musty smell, almost like mildew, and even the bed linens felt damp. I left a clean t-shirt on the chair for a couple of days, and when I picked it up, it was nearly wet just from the room’s humidity. We also had to do laundry after just three days because our swimwear wouldn’t dry at all — hanging them up made no difference, they stayed completely wet the entire time. While we loved everything else about the hotel, coming back to a cold, damp room after a full day at the beach or snorkeling was far from ideal.

We were truly impressed with our stay. From the very beginning, the hospitality was warm and professional. They allowed us to do an early pre-check-in, which was incredibly convenient. We were able to park the car safely (in a monitored parking area, which gave us great peace of mind) and even had the chance to change clothes before heading to our room. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained in every detail. The swimming pool is a lovely, relaxing spot, and the bar serves great drinks in a pleasant atmosphere. Every part of the hotel reflects care and genuine hospitality — we felt welcome from the very first moment. We highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at this property in Playa del Carmen and overall had a decent experience, but there are a few things that could be improved. The pool area is nice and well located, but maintenance could be better — for example, the sun loungers were a bit dirty and quite old. Also, if you're staying on the ground floor, you might hear some noise from people walking by throughout the day and evening. I personally slept very well using earplugs, so it's manageable with a small adjustment. Overall, the place has potential, but a bit more attention to detail would really make a difference.

Great location (just steps away from 5th Avenue - the main promenade). About 10 mins walk to the nearest beach (20 mins to Coco Beach). Private parking available free of charge. Nice swimming pool and bar downstairs. Reliable travel agent available onsite to book excursions.

A bit noisy (at a main street - the rooms with terraces are facing the main st, but not a big problem for me). Airco working well but producing significant noise while operating (had to switch off for the night). Towels sometimes were served not clean (appeared worn off)

- Our room was at the ground floor, where in order to have some privacy in the room, our window blinds needed to be closed which made the room rather dark and we needed to use the lights all the time. However, it is not a big deal as we spent all day outside anyway.

Staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. Ground floor oom was clean and tidy with a comfortable bed.

Room was basic with a lack of storage space for clothes etc. We didnt spend much time in the room but it would have been nice to have more than just a basic TV which showed one English-speaking channel (bbc news). Ground floor room had window looking out over a walkway and pool area so privacy was lacking or blinds remained closed so had no natural light.

Perfect location. Very clean. Breakfast was good. It was a little oasis with the very pretty swimming pool

The shower was difficult to use. The staff were in general friendly but the reception staff had a strange habit of not speaking to me, despite the booking being in my name and on my credit card. They answered my friend when I spoke. It did make me very uncomfortable, my friend who I was travelling with is 20 yrs younger so perhaps it was that.

Beautiful property, excellent pool area. Surprisingly well priced bar at the pool. Beautiful room, we had the junior suite with balcony. Barely any noise from inside the hotel, which was a first for our stay in Mexico. Friendly staff, helped with our special request to connect the TV in our room to internet so we could watch Netflix.

If your room is facing Av Constituyentes then expect loud traffic noise in your room starting from around 6-7AM each morning.

Warning that they take a copy of your credit card with a copy machine for diposit which is totally unsafy and probably illigal.
