Location was good, steps up from beach were a bit tough (all 110 of them)! Pools were clean and not too busy.

Although rooms were clean, towels were taken for cleaning but not replaced straight away. Sometimes not for a few hours. Had to ask for towels on 2 occasions.

The food was delicious—omelettes, fresh bread, and salads. Mint tea is a must! The room was excellent with a gorgeous view, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was good, and the portions were great since it was a buffet, but the food disappeared quickly, leaving not much choice if you came later. The same went for dinner—it could have been better stocked to keep up with everyone.

The location is fantastic and the view from our premium sea view room was brilliant. The swimming pool is a great size and the animation team were very entertaining! Most of the staff were lovely and worked so hard. The breakfast has a good selection and the bed was very comfortable.

The room was not very clean when we arrived and things like toiletries and coffee pods were missing. The room was “premium “ but the furniture is not great quality. The lifts are very slow and rickety and we got trapped in one for about 20 mins with no communication from staff about what they were doing to help. This was a frightening experience.

The sea view room is the one, breath taking.

Pools are not heated so they are literally ice cold! Not usable at all during weather below 30 degrees. Too many guest and only 2/3 working lifts, lifts are old and take too long and small. Average wait time approx 7-12 mins everytime you want to go to your room. The queue for breakfast for an egg.. good luck. Waited 30 mins for an egg and by the time I waited in the other lines to get other stuff, food got cold and legs will be tired of waiting. Too many guest, and too little resources.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was a true mini-suite, very spacious, with a stunning panoramic view of the sea and the Agadir Oufella mountain. Everything was spotlessly clean. The staff responded quickly to my request for an extra bed for my little daughter — they added a large bed for her, which was greatly appreciated. The swimming pools were beautiful and well-maintained. The staff were truly exceptional, especially the front desk manager, Mr. Brahim, who was very helpful, professional, and kind. The hotel is also perfectly located, close to the coast.

The House Keeping woman was really nice and friendly, the room was a decent size with a city/beach view. The beds were comfy and the room was kept clean and tidy by the house keeping everyday with new towels etc. In general the staff are friendly!

There wasn’t much options in terms of food selection in the Restaurant for Breakfast and Dinner as well as no labels at all on any of the food so it’s like a guessing game. The meat that they grill there on the spot for dinner was raw so you’ve got to keep an eye for it. None of the pools are heated up as well.

Staff were excellent. Friendly welcome in the restaurant and at the outside bar. Snack bar prices for food are great (though you can get cheaper off site, it's under a fiver for cheeseburger and chips and tasty too). Great view from the 8th floor.

The buffet meals (we were half board) were very repetitive and didn't have anything telling you what you were eating. It would have been good to have more variation. No facility for free tea or coffee in the evening, you had to buy it. Our room had nespresso machine, but hotel only gives two pods for your entire stay. I'd rather have a kettle. Not aware of any entertainment in the evenings, though the poolside has some outdoor games. We were there in March though, so maybe more on offer at other times.

One of my favourite stays i've had. the staff were so amazing and friendly and remembered who i was, it felt very welcoming and friendly. the breakfast in the morning was great with lots of options and great service. my room was very clean and spacious with great bathroom and amenities. i spent a lot of time outside by the pool and had subtle music playing during the day and great atmosphere. the location is great, right in walking distance from anywhere needed to go but even if you need a taxi anywhere reception can help you with that. would highly recommend this hotel and next time i come back to Agadir i will be staying here.

the only thing that could've been improved was the gym, i do like to do a workout when away and the gym was not good so i went for a run instead.

The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the peaceful ambiance and the quality of sleep I got each night. The hotel also offers excellent leisure facilities including multiple swimming pools, a wellness center, and direct access to the beach area. Breakfast was varied and delicious, with both Moroccan and international options. The hotel restaurants also serve great food, and the service is consistently excellent.

All is amazing

All staff are very good especially the restaurant and reception staff who are very helpful.. The room was excellent with a nice view. The room attendant was friendly. I stayed on the 10th floor which had an excellent view. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere. There was music on the first night with someone singing and playing the Oud (Lyre) which was very nice.

The food was ok on the first night but poor on the second night. Salads had been reused and there was less food available. For people coming from the UK they need to have puddings after the meal not Moroccan afternoon tea biscuits. The towels in the room were very old and to be replaced. Although there was a kettle in the room there were no teabags or coffee saches provided.
