I would like to thank all the staff in this Hotel especially Youssef who is a nice gentleman ,he was really helpful and nice ;and the lady in spa Mme Meriem . Food is excellent we really enjoyed our stay there ,my kids were so happy .

The staff are friendly. Location is also amazing and right at the beach. Most importantly is it’s clean and matches the pictures on their post. It’s only a walk to the Medina.

Breakfast could have more choices.

The location is perfect with beautiful views of the beach. There is a lift (elevator). The staff were accommodating and friendly. The breakfast Buffett was very good. Omelette bar, meats, cheeses, pastries and much more. The pool area was pleasant. You could walk on the beach and have a longe chair and umbrella included in the price of the room.

The location and size of the toilette in our room it was very small and if you opened the door to the toilet you could not see the light switches as they were behind the door as well as half the double sink.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. It was perfect. Right on the seafront (definitely book a balcony room) we had the most amazing view of the water and sunset. In front of the hotel is a lovely 5/5 restaurant that serves alcohol which was super fun. The Medina was a lovely 5min stroll from the hotel so excellent location. Bed was huge and very comfortable. Bathroom was terrific with hot water and there is a kettle for all the english people looking for a cup of tea! Honestly we loved this hotel. It was one of our favourite parts of Morocco - the seaside vibe, the relaxed medina, the hospitality, the beach. It was a PERFECT way to end our holiday in Morocco - 10/10 i highly rec this hotel, location and town itself. You will feel like staying here is a big treat and you will feel revived, relaxed and most happy.

There was not one thing we didnt like. You will be in a beachy heaven staying here.

I was a female solo traveller, I was respected and felt safe at all times. Rashid organised my transfer from and to Menara Airport, I was travelling alone in the taxi with a local male taxi driver, and I was safe at all times, he even offered me a bottle of water when he collected me from the airport Everyone was polite and professional. The hotel is clean, smelled so nice every day every qhere. It has beautiful decor, the rooms and beds are very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom toiletries are of very good quality and excellent quantities. I always had free water in the room. The breakfast was excellent The location is excellent We have free sunbeds on the beach located right in front The room has a big safe and a good fridge. Also had tea, coffee and a kettle The bed was one of the more comfortable hotel beds I have ever been in The balcony is also very spacious I will definitely choose you again when I return to beautiful Essauria for a longer stay! There are treatments available but I didn't use them this time.

Wheelchair access ramp at the entrance is very steep and slippery. I booked a disabled accessible room but was not allocated it on arrival. The room itself was spacious and the shower had a seat and rails and was accessible to the standards of UK accessible rooms

The staff were very accommodating during our stay. Although we experienced a number of inconveniences they always tried their best to resolve the issues.

Periodically we were without hot water and heat which made the experience less than ideal. However, this was mitigated by the excellent staff. We were not charged for a sea view upgrade because of these issues. This was most appreciated.

Staff are super nice and very hospital Anything you ask is done right away. Room service was super quick Housekeeping clean room every day with new towels. Reception staff well trained concierge was outside the hotel to welcome the guests we arrived with a rental car. He took our luggage inside and then he took our car to their parking space. This was nice service reduced alot of looking for hotel parking place. The hotel manager is well trained on customer service and very good listening. The service hotels provide is equivalent to 5star. Jamilla Manji

A swimming pool can use a bit of love care

This seems to be a rather new hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable bathrooms, a nice balcony with a superb view of the Ocean. The style is functional but rather cool. Especially the restaurant has no charme. The pool is on the ground floor and covered. The staff was helpful but did not seem to be very motivated, at least at breakfast time. This hotel is perfect for a good night sleep. The rest of the day we spend outside anyway. And the price is correct too.
