Spacious room, comfortable bed and pillows. I was sick while there (not the hotel’s fault!!), and the staff were very kind. The breakfast staff in particular went out of their way to ensure I had something to eat that wouldn’t upset my stomach.

Bathroom was a bit small, with nowhere to place toiletries. The mirror in our friends’ room was broken and they were concerned that the shards would fall out and smash over the sink! It’s a bit of a walk to the beach and waterfront restaurants. The location was great for parking, with a lot right across the street, but we discovered that parking was readily available at the hotels closer to the beach.

The greatest advantage of the place are the people- ready to help at any time. The lady at the restaurant does her best to provide the best service. The lady at the receptions speaks really good English! The breakfast are really big- typically moroccan (the same every day I guess but it was ok as we spent two nights there). The room was ok- fairly clean and with a comfortable bed. Fair value for the money. Easy access to the road to Marrakesh. The beach is within a walking distance- a 10-15mins walk. Ok with us.

It was a bit too loud in the rooms- you could hear every sound from the corridor and all the water coming down the pipes.

Staff deserve all the credit for getting a higher score than I would normally give a similar hotel. They are exceptional and go out of their way to provide a comfortable stay. The receptionist spoke perfect English and was very kind. Khadisha who served us breakfast is super friendly and seems to love making sure guests never leave hungry. The breakfasts were huge and very tasty with lots of extras.

This is a fairly basic hotel that shows signs of wear and tear; however the staff work hard to provide a clean and comfortable stay. Thank you so much for changing our pillows!

The hotel is in a good location. There is a large supermarket just across the road, petrol stations, restaurants and you can easily walk to the seafront in 25 minutes or drive in 5 ( there seemed to be plenty of parking space on the seafront). There is ample free parking in front of the hotel, check in was swift and there is a reasonably priced cafe/ restaurant inside which is open until late. The hotel is clean and the rooms are a good size. Some have a kettle which was an added bonus. Not all rooms have a hairdryer though, which is something the hotel could consider. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and trouble free.

We had a great time whilst we stayed here. It was close to the beach and walking distance to the Medina and was nice to not be in a busy area. The staff were lovely, Khadifa especially was very attentive whenever we saw her at breakfast and dinner. We ate here one evening in the restaurant and it was great value for money. Overall, a great stay.

The only thing was the bathroom really, there was a really dirty toilet brush which was quite unpleasant as it is in a clear container! But overall everything was fine.

The receptionist was super nice and very helpful. I really aporecite that she could speak English because that is not very common in Maroco. The breakfast was amazing included - coffee, local tea, orange juice, egg omelette and different types of bread with almond butter, jam and more.

The room wasn’t well isolated and I could ocassionally hear engines from the street and other guests walking around the hotel and closing / opening doors. Luckily I was very tired and slept really well so this didn’t really bother me and nothing woke me up :) I also did appreciate the parking in front of the hotel.

It was seriously the best decision ever! The vibes were so chill, and the staff took such good care of us. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the spa massage was pure bliss. Shoutout to the amazing lady in the restaurant who always had a smile on her face while serving us with so much love. And let me tell you, the dinner meals were out of this world! My son couldn't get enough of their yummy pizza. I also want to give a huge thank you to the super helpful girl at the reception who went above and beyond to give us tips about the city and the local culture. And guess what? They even have free parking! Plus, the hotel is in a prime location. I highly recommend this place for an unforgettable stay in Essaouira

The WiFi was a bit slow sometimes

I don't have words to express how much gratitude I have for the experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly, caring, and extremely helpful. I would like to mention specifically Safae and Khadija. Together, their attention to detail, level of service, kindness, generousity, and hospitality shown were over and beyond that I've experienced anywhere else. My two teens and I truly felt like we were with family. We were greeted warmly on arrival and allowed to check in early. We were also offered the opportunity to change our room if there was anything we didn't like. The room we opted for was clean and spacious, with a mini fridge. I'm delighted that it got cleaned and changed daily on request. The hotel was excellent value for what I paid with a good breakfast included. I also had dinner there at times and was delighted by the Moroccan cuisine. Amenities were what you'd expect, basic and functional. We felt very safe there and slept well. What it lacked in luxury was made up for by amazing hospitality. Safae has a wealth of knowledge and was brilliant at making suggestions about places to visit locally. We loved the location, away from the bustle of the beach and busy Medina. Having a large Carrefour grocery, theme park, and local restaurants nearby was a bonus. However, taxis to the places of interest were plentiful and cheap. We were fortunate to have warm sunshine and clear blue skies. I particularly enjoyed sitting in a cafe area in the hotel on warm mornings, socialising with staff, and learning so much about the culture and people of Essaouira. I will definitely be a returning guest soon.

It would have been a bonus to have facilities to make hot drinks in the room. I do appreciate that this is a very British/European custom, so it wasn't a huge deal. I got hot drinks from the cafe downstairs.

Our stay was good we spend one night in the hotel the room has all the necessary things. the bed was comfortable ,the balcony was on the street but surprisingly it wasn't noisy. Also a special mention to Chaimaa and Khadija they were so helpful and sweet thank you. Overall our stay went smoothly and i just want to add that the hotel is very safe for women travellers even if you don't have a mean of transportation taxis are available and in less than 5 min you can arrive to the old medina.

Very good hotel for good price. Rooms are clean. Cosmetics and hairdryer in bathroom are available. Breakfast is very tasty and big (it's hard to eat all). Hotel is in good localisation - 15 minutes walking to main beach, in the evening is quiet. Best part of this place are girls working at the reception - very polite, still smiling and trying to help you every time. They told us a lot about the culture of Morocco and gave us a lot of tips. Greetings to them. I hope to come back there.
