I liked the breakfast and clean facility. The staff were also really nice. When I arrived and took the first room the bathroom was broken so I asked for another room, then by the second room there was no safe, after that I got the 3rd room which was perfect.

The hotel should work a bit more on checking the technical issues that they have by routine check ups. The second thing I didn't like is that the hotel showers are built really badly, the water keeps leaking out of the shower then you have a wet shower for a whole day

Hotel is quiet and friendly, Staff there are brilliant especially the waiting staff, The pool was the right size and was lovely, It also had showers and tilets at the bottom of the pool. The room was just the right size for 2 people, Bed was comfy and clean, the room was cleaned every day and there is also a smart tv so you can log into Netflix at night when you are settling down, Breakfast was so yummy! they had baked goods croissants/cakes to traditional pancakes, fresh fruit and yugurt to cereal. Coffee and Morrocan tea as well as fruit juice. Sit outside if you can it is so peaceful in the morning!

I upgraded to a room with a view of the pool, But could not see the pool due to the large hedge in the way!!

Great location for a walk to the city centre and easy location for departing by car for the airport. We enjoyed using the hotel swimming pool in the evening, very clean and a good size pool. The breakfast was great too with lots of choice.

The booking said we could check in from 13:00 but we arrived at 15:00 and the room wasn't ready. Had to wait 20 minutes in lobby before we could access the room. At first the key card didn't work so had to go back to reception to get it working. Then realised no towels left in the room and had to go to visit reception 2 more times asking for towels before they were eventually brought to our room. Also the doors for the shower cubicle didn't meet and water flooded the bathroom.

Its was lovely & clean, staff were exceptionally friendly & helpful. The pool was beautiful & well maintained & the sun beds well looked after. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The food was great, other than there was no fruit at breakfast.

Pool area and garden were beautiful and quiet and very clean at all times, Staff were very professional and helpful, Gateman/security went above and beyond to help. Room was very tidy and clean, Very nice of them to allow us to check out later than required, Great location for beachfront and town, Carefour on doorstep is very handy.

Breakfast choice could be better, Food was cold that I suspect was originally hot, Rooms although clean and tidy are a little bit in need of refreshment

Very clean and although was a little away from the main area it was perfectly located for us. Taxi is so cheap. Very clean and friendly staff

I liked the stuff and the place so much they are nice and they answer every request, the pool was cleaan and empty and the whole property gives the feeling of peace. But there was only one thing that i wish if they can minimize the amount of chlore used in the pool but other than that everything was good and definitely not going to be the last time. You made my stay in essaouira good m.

The calm environment, the fact that there is no animation or loud music it was peaceful loved it

The rooms are small and smells with fresh paint. The window is small and the pool view was covered with trees 😞

The only thing that let's the hotel down going by previous customer comments and mine, is the breakfast buffet, which could of been a bit warmer.

Undergoing work to put in new cafe. A bit noisy while work was going on. Showers leaked water onto bathroom floor which got soaked every time we had a shower.
