Perfect location for our needs. Close to trams and buses. Staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful. Cleaning staff so quick and efficient. And so pleasant. Overall an amazing stay!

The only things I disliked were the bed and the shower. Bed-Comfortable but because it had a raised footboard (that doubled as a TV stand) I felt a bit claustrophobic. And if you are tall it can be a problem. Not sure if all the rooms are the same so I can only speak for the one we had. Shower-amazing pressure, but the lack of cabin means it splashed everywhere. The lovely cleaning staff made sure we had plenty of fresh towels everyday so we made it work.

Great location just on the outskirts of the city centre, was about half hour walk from the station, you can take a tram that drops you off at the ends of the road. Nice quiet area with lots of eateries and a couple of supermarkets. There is a tram track right outside the hotel, I thought the noise would be an issue but you hardly hear them. Room was upgraded to deluxe, spacious and comfortable. Staff were super helpful and let us check in early which was greatly appreciated after 24 hours of flying. This being my ninth trop to Amsterdam I prefer to stay just outside of the central area because the rooms are normally cheaper and also larger in size not to mention the areas are quieter and more local.

Nothing.

The staff accommodated our late check-in, even though we notified them only 5 minutes before closing. They were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. 10/10 There was a complimentary minibar with beer and soda (though we didn’t use it, we appreciated the gesture 😊).

• The shower is combined with the toilet, with no floor separation, so the entire room gets wet immediately. • The TV is practically useless (not even mentioning its age, the channels barely worked and were difficult to switch). • The breakfast was quite modest (eggs, 3 types of sausage, 3 types of cheese, muesli, cucumbers/tomatoes). • The parquet flooring makes the room cold; at first, we didn’t want to take off our shoes because it was uncomfortable to walk around (+ no slippers provided in the room).

Spacious rooms/friendly/helpful staff (especially Solomon, the manager). Not a typical hotel setup, small reception/leisure area with drinks/breakfast. Good location, 15 min walk from central square.

Sound proofing not great, could hear guests move around/talk, if you are a good sleeper/or have quiet neighbours it will be fine. The bed/mattress wasn’t comfy, no extra pillows/blankets in room

Modern design, spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Room temperature was perfect, I did not have to adjust lthe thermostat at any point during my stay. The hotel is in a great area, It's in a quiet neighborhood 30 minutes walking from the city center with a good variety of restaurants near by. Vondelpark and museums are also a short walk away. The rates are reasonable as well.

The front desk was located on the 4th floor but my room was on the 2nd floor. Not a terrible thing, it's just a bit odd. Not all of the channels worked on the television.

Location is great as you are in a vibrant part of the city with tons of bars and restaurants and short walk to De Hallen a wonderful misuse development with an upscale food court. The room was good size and the bathroom was very large although could use more shelving for toiletries.

The price was quite high but everything in Amsterdam was for this period so for the size of the room and location it was the best deal I found looking for multiple weeks.

It’s walking near pretty attractions, the room was very small but I don’t mind since I’m traveling by myself it was clean

The cleaning ladies didn’t clean my room even though I hanged the “please clean the room “ paper. I open the door in the morning and the lady was sitting literally in front of my room checking at her phone. She didn’t have intentions to clean my room

Was able to get a good price for 2 nights, amazing facilities, comfortable bed with nice ambient lighting, very nice shower, has a fridge with free drinks and a good size TV. Staff was amazing as well. Thank you I will definitely recommend.

Breakfast area on the smaller size with limited options but overall ticked all boxes. Rooms would need an area that has more light, most lights are dim and although give a nice touch to the room, it is hard to style hair or apply make up as can't see much.

It was located perfectly close to everything and it was super simple to get around and find out way back to the hotel later. Key’s always worked perfectly. Room service came daily and was super sweet!

The check-in being on the 4th floor was quite inconvenient and for the money I believe the overall experience did not quite match up. My kind request to make our stay a little more special as it was both my boyfriend’s 18th birthday and our 1 year anniversary was not taken into consideration.
