We stayed at the hotel and the experience was absolutely amazing. The staff was super friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless, spacious, luxurious, and fully equipped with everything we needed and more. The hotel’s location is simply perfect – close to everything and very convenient. In summary, highly recommended!

Very welcoming hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Great location within easy walking distance of all the main sights and in a lovely neighbourhood. Chose not to have breakfast as we are not breakfast people, however the hotel was really nice for late night drink and nightcap at the end of the day and we did that most nights. Rooms were cosy with all the key amenities. Would definitely recommend and go back again.

The shower is amazing, there are two heads so you can choose where the water comes from (above or adjustable by hand), and the water is HOT!! The room and hotel areas are warm although outside is cold. The bed is really comfortable. Breakfast is perfect, there is a variety of food from cheeses, hams, eggs, jams, sweets, breads... the staff is very kind and lovely. Location is great just outside the old town so the area is quiet but walking distance to the main area and close to metro station if you're tired or want to get there faster.

All personnel was very polite and helpful and willing to assist in every issue that might occur during a 7 day Stay. Location is excellent. Everything is within walking distance. Breakfast was excellent, food was fresh, and with variety and we loved the pancake machine! Rooms are good size with big bed which was comfortable. Really appreciated the furniture for the baggage and the hooks for hanging clothes. Equipment for coffee and tea was available! Room has very nice heating!

Cleaness was good but could be better to avoid issues. Bathroom are quite small. As with all old buildings, noise can be heard particularly when doors are opening or closed. Windows are sealed and cannot be opened.

From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They were extra friendly and always ready to help with any request, which made my stay incredibly enjoyable. The room was perfect, with an exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows that ensured a great night’s sleep every night. The location was also excellent—close to everything I needed, yet quiet enough for some relaxation. Breakfast was a highlight of my stay, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste. It was the perfect start to each day! Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. A fantastic stay, wonderful service, and amazing value for money—I’ll definitely be returning!

Amsterdam can be an intense city, but if you're looking for a quiet place to relax and recharge, this hotel is the perfect choice. Our stay here was a real surprise — charming and comfortable rooms, excellent food, and incredibly friendly staff. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. A big thank you to everyone involved! The hotel is practically located right next to Vondelpark, ideal for a peaceful walk or a refreshing run. The Van Gogh Museum and the Rijksmuseum are both within a 10-minute walk. If you feel like exploring the city center it is about 20-25 minutes, while getting across the city to the main train station is a nice 30-minute walk. If you prefer public transport, there's a Central tram stop just five minutes away.. All in all, this is a lovely and charming hotel in a peaceful area, yet close enough to easily access the heart of Amsterdam. You really couldn’t ask for a better location in that context. It was a pleasure to stay here, and we recommend it without any reservations.

Nothing to complain about.

The apartment was great - it was huuuge, 2 comfortable bedrooms, kitchen, living room, I think izt has about 70 m2. Beds were comfortable and the apartment was nice decorated. As we have gotten an upgrade to the apartment, I could really just say thank you guys, our stay was great :-) Location was perfect, everything was walking distance. Breakfast was delicious, but pretty expensive (23 EUR/day/person).

Stairs - if you stay in normal room, you have elevator. But if you stay in the apartment, you don't have elevator, just stairs which are quite steep. However, the staff helped me carry my suitcase to the room because I really couldn't do it alone, so I have to thank to the staff once again.

The hotel situated on a quiet street in the Musuem Quarter area. This was the perfect location, very close to the the city centre (20 - 30min walk for us to get to central station) and just next to Voldelpark which was a decent park. The hotel retained the architecture of this area which we appreciated a lot. Staff was friendly, efficient and helpful with arranging early check-in.

You can hear sound from the stairs in the living room. So, if people start moving about in the morning, this might wake you up if you're planning to sleep in the sofa bed in the living room. For us, the sound kicks in at reasonable hour in the morning so didn't affect us too much.

City tax which was I was not aware and had to pay at check in

Loved the hotel it was very clean and modern the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We arrived early but were still able to check in and our room was ready early too we were surprised with a free upgrade to a suite too which was lovely and we were very grateful. Room had all amenities including iron and board, hairdryer and minibar. The room was very clean, bedding was spotless and the bed was huge and very comfy.

We were aware the hotel wasn’t directly in the centre of Amsterdam so to get right into the middle near the station is about 30 minute walk however there are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk. We didn’t really have to walk more than 25 mins to an attraction either, there are lots of tram stops so I’d tell others to use these too as they are very easy to get around the city.
