This hotel is well situated just on the outskirts of Central Amsterdam with a five minute walk into a busy location. Our comfort room was large, nicely spaced out and a decent walk in shower. The staff here were very nice and no questions seemed to be a problem for them. It was a quiet room, even though only on the first floor and close to the lift which we did not hear at all. We will definitely be using this hotel again in the future.

Only two things we felt that could be improved. 1 the pillows were uncomfortable this was due to the fact that they were square and not rectangular which we are used to but this is obviously a personal issue and 2 the bathroom only had one lighting option so if you were to use during the night, it was a powerful light, in other hotels that we have used, there is usually a second option of just the mirror light or a dimmer light, but we could not find one in this bathroom.

The breakfast was fantastic with fresh fruit salad delicious granola & a good assortment of choices. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially when I requested a top sheet & softer pillow Our room was large & a comfortable large bed A very busy Hotel in a good location We ate at Wagamama on 2 nights which is close by & well priced - shared a big serving of pad Thai Recommend visiting the Rembrandt house & museum, the Reiks Museum & a Guru walk with Nic

Our room was very dark even with all the lights on It was noisy at night coming from the hallway & the outside garden

We had a wonderful stay in Leonardos. We were visiting with the aim of seeing all the beautiful sights Amsterdam has to offer, and with only 4 days to do that, it actually meant that we did not get to spend much time in the hotel. However the time we did spend there was excellent. The people who worked there were extremely helpful and pleasant and the hotel itself was warm clean and comfortable. (A fabulous shower!👌) It's location was perfect, close to several tram lines which made our travel around the city so stressfree and easy. I think we made a really good choice in Leonardos and I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a base to see the amazing sights of Amsterdam.

Very Central to the heart of the City yet was in a very quiet area. I liked the provision that there was no daily housekeeping unless you requested it as most days you appreciated a time in the afternoon where you could take a Siesta if you required it without interruption. Breakfast was very good. Staff were very pleasant and attentive.

The Shower head in my room, 362, could not be adjusted properly and the water flow could not be directed properly. I did not report it, which was my own fault. Apart from that I had no other difficulties

The location was perfect for me, only a 10 minute walk to the city center and a 5 minute walk to every musuem that I was interested in, the room was very comfy and overall a great experience

The only bad things that I have to say about the hotel was the weird glass box for the shower, which was very unconfortable to shower without wetting the whole bathroom or smashing your arms in the door, also the elevator was very old and took forever to go up and down, but just a small detail

We loved the convenient location close to lots and lots of places that tourists may be interested in and like . The staff at the hotel's reception were welcoming ,friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was comfortable enough with all the necessities.It would be even better if our room had a view of the hotel's romantic ,cosy garden with magnificent flowers and tables and chairs that look like a movie scene. We enjoyed breakfast,it would be great if there were olives ,pancakes for breakfast.

The elevator was working a little slow.

Fantastic location. Room generally and bed were great - some noise from neighbours in the night broke sleep but nothing too bad. For the price thought it was really good though (with breakfast included). Staff were friendly and helpful.

Bathroom maybe needs a refresh. Have stayed in Leonardo hotels elsewhere, where the breakfast was a bit better. Fridge in room was situated in a strange place whereby the door couldn't be opened (and fridge therefore couldn't be used) properly.

A lovely hotel in a good location lovely staff and very welcoming. Close to trams and centre would defo stay here again

Our room toilet smelt of bad sewage which wasn’t very nice and lingered, towels were not replenished daily or rooms cleaned which was disappointing. I did request fresh towels but cleaners never showed up, However overall was a lovely hotel and would defo stay again just not in room 302 due to the smell my daughters room was great.

The location is amazing, close to the center but quite place, at the same time all famous places are in walking distance or reachable by tram very quick. Breakfast was good, though choices don’t change and you have to eat the same meal every day, but quality is good.

Rooms are small, but nice and design is ok. A bit more lights would be good, the size of the room cant be change, but you can improve the lighting in the rooms. And check windows as it was difficult to close in our room. Otherwise we liked the hotel, especially the location.

Shower was instant, hot and easy to operate. Bed was comfy, slept very well every night, location is superb, staff friendly and helpful ,wifi connection is very useful and worked well, breakfast was tasty

One of the breakfast staff did snap / appear irritated me when I had to repeat a question which was disappointing although I think we both misunderstood each other, or a miscommunication, I didn't really understand her response so I had to repeat a question maybe due to a language barrier although no harm done overall. Overall everyone was very friendly
