Very good location

One of our room wasnt ready at 15:00 oclock, we were with one year child, it was a very bad weather and we had to wait extra 20 min for the room to be prepared.

THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL WAS VERY GOOD VERY NEAR TO THE MARKETS AND TRA STATION.

THE BREAKFAST EVERYDAY SAME BREAKFAST WITH NO CHANGE IN MENU VERY FEW AND LIMITED OPTIONS FOR VEGETERIANS. THERE SHOULD BE CHANGES IN BREAKFAST EVERYDAY WITH DIFFERENT MENUS.

We have stayed at many hotels over the years, but this has truly been an exceptional experience for us. The main reason for this was due to the courteous, professional, helpful, supportive and simply outstanding service provided by the team at the Concierge! We would like to make special mention of Udo, Irben, Johan, Siliva and Olga who, we think, are the quintessence of truly remarkable service industry professionals.

Comfortable atmosphere and clean rooms. We were given a lovely bottle of prosecco and cake for a birthday celebration. Good position and check out time.

Nice view from the room overlooking towards center city, clean and comfy. The staff was quite exceptional, from check in to porters to the help they offered if we needed a taxi. Felt very safe as well. The chocolate bars and bottles of water were a great touch, in addition to the tea kettle that was in the room!

More storage/drawers in the room, didnt have many places for 4 adults to keep their things during the stay.

Clean, friendly staff, breakfast was excellent and great location

No swimming pool

The interior of the common area was high standard.The staff were really helpful and polite.

Breakfast was good but needs more option on bread cheese The housekeeping was really noisy in the morning My bathroom was really smelly although they came twice to fix it the smell was coming back Mattress and pillows very poor.Need to be changed asap!

Location is superb - we had the M lounge access - drinks and snacks are free in the evening.helpful people in the reception.

Room cleaning is not done everyday - unless asked for! I didn’t realise this - we faced a similar situation in Mariott Mumbai , india . Breakfast is a bit limited for my taste - but unlimited snacks / drinks / tea / coffee more than makes up for it .

Excellent location

The staff at the reception was very rude. The lady that “helped” us was not at all welcoming or friendly. She was also not the most knowledgeable in terms of what appears on the hotels website. The bathroom smelled like urine all the time and the shower was not well sealed so the bathroom was always inundated.

Loved the location. Walkable for every nice place a tourist could want to go. We always felt safe here. Good beds and rooms. Good breakfast buffet.

The toilet smelled a little bad sometimes. They have this pink/purple light that looks great outside but a little annoying from the inside. They had black out blinds so it wasn’t an issue, just didn’t love it when we had the window open.
