Ferry, the owner/property manager, was exceptionally friendly, attentive and helpful. Very likeable person who went out of his way to make our stay a memorable one. From making sure he was there to greet us when we arrived, to the complimentary, beer and wine and snacks, and the fresh flowers, to seeing us off in an Uber at the end of our stay. Excellent two room layout, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, windows that opened up onto a view of a backdoor garden, and a view of the Rijkmuseum.

The ONLY negative is that our room was on the third floor with a steep walk up stairway, with no elevator. That was not a big deal for us, in our late 60s, because we are in good health, but could be for some people. Having said that, Ferry would not even think of letting us carry our luggage up upon arrival, or down upon departure. Too the stairway walls are gorgeously decorated with paintings that make you feel like you are already in the Rijksmuseum, there are bannisters on both sides of the stairs, it is nicely carpeted, and extremely well lit.

10/10 – A Truly Unique Stay! We stayed at The Park Mansion in Amsterdam and absolutely loved it. The property is a beautiful old Dutch house full of character and charm. Our room was spacious, uniquely decorated, and felt like a piece of history. The location was perfect—close to everything, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Andrew, our host, was incredibly helpful. He carried our bags up the staircase and gave us fantastic local recommendations that really enhanced our trip. A nice bonus was the fully stocked mini bar, all complimentary, which added an extra special touch. We had a great stay from start to finish. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious stay in Amsterdam. Definitely a 10/10 experience!

Where do we begin? The pictures do not do justice with this beautiful room and beautiful hotel. Our garden suite was nothing less from perfect. Every small detail was done to perfection. The fireplace, the heated floors, the treats in the drawers and the fridge, candles in the bathroom and I can go on and on. This is truly a 5 stars hotel (is there higher than 5?). We loved the room so much we stayed there much more than we planned. Pure magic. The location is perfect for walking almost anywhere and our host Ferry was the perfect gentleman, so lind an welcoming. Thank you Ferry for an unforgettable vacation and thank you for the extra effort showing us your home and other rooms and for the extra service with my headphones. A Perfect Stay – Exceeded All Expectations! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Park Hotel, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the staff going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided were top-notch, including high-quality toiletries, a well-stocked minibar. Ferry was an exceptional host—warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful. He greeted us at the door, personally guided us through the apartment, explained every detail of our stay, and even helped with our luggage. The apartment was spotless and cleaned daily. Thoughtfully designed with comfort and tranquility in mind, the space offers a beautiful view of the park. The kitchen was fully stocked, including a generous selection of snacks and drinks. Our family had a fantastic stay, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

The property was absolutely stunning, such a beautiful building, in the most perfect location next to Vondel Park. The facilities were amazing, with everything you need for a perfect stay. Our Suite was incredible, the kitchen was stocked up with some lovely food and drinks for us. Our host Ferry was extremely helpful and ensured we had everything we needed during our stay, even recommending some lovely places to eat.

Everything was incredible. The garden suite was outstanding, so spacious. Our private garden was like a paradise. Everything you could possibly want and need.

We stayed on the top floor. There are 6 rooms, the other rooms are exquisitely decorated in I believe the Empire style. However our unit at the top was completely renovated and exquisitely modern. It's gorgeous. I cannot praise this facility enough. Besides the comfort and beauty, the kitchen was stocked with multiple food and beverage items which made us feel very taken care of. Ferry, who manages the hotel is delightful and knowledgeable. Oh, and did I mention we had our own private roof terrace with a 360 view? Just wow. If you're looking for something special, this is it. Since it's Amsterdam, unbeknownst to me, one has to manage the typical circular staircase (no elevator), which is not for everyone. I'm no spring chicken and I did just fine!

Staff are very attentive, friendly and helpful with any questions you may have. The hotel is stunning a beautiful traditional Amsterdam house. Our room the penthouse was done up in a classic Dutch style and came with a roof terrace with amazing views over the city. The fridge was nicely stocked up with thoughtful food and drinks. The room was clean and comfortable with gorgeous flowers provided. Hotel is in an easy location for getting around the city. Can’t wait to stay here again to see I different room. Definitely recommend

Nothing if you can manage the stairs the penthouse room is a treat.

We had the small apartment on the 3rd floor. It has everything you need for a short stay and you get a very warm welcome on arrival. There’s a well stocked kitchen if you want to cook but we only grabbed breakfast. There are plenty of tram routes within minutes of the apartment so the location is very handy. The place was spotlessly clean and had nice touches like slippers and robes and fresh flowers.

There were some significant construction works going on nearby that started early in the mornings. Nothing the property could do but some warning would have been good - wouldn’t have been such a shocker of a wake-up the first morning.

Park Mansion Hotel exceeded my expectations. Sure...there are the stairs to consider for those with mobility issues, however I'm so pleased I booked this wonderful place. After a lovely welcome, my suitcase was carried up those stairs (thanks Ferry!) and at the end of my stay, it was carried back down again. No problem! The apartment was lovely, had everything I needed, and the location was great...right next door to the park! Ferry even located a nearby laundromat for me and pointed me to local supermarkets. I couldn't ask for more.

I can't think of a single thing that could be improved. My goodness...there were fresh flowers on the table and real orchids in the bedroom! How can this be improved upon!!! :-)
