I really enjoyed my stayed at CityHub Amsterdam. The rooms (or hubs) are compact but very comfortable with a surpisingly spacious bed, mood lighting and smart controls that make the experience fun and unique. Everything was spotless, from the hubs themselves to the shared bathrooms and showers, which were modern and well-maintained. Location was excellent. Plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes. It is also very convenient for getting around with a tram stop few minutes away. Overall, I liked the modern design, the cleanliness, the convenient location, and the helpful staff who were always ready to recommend local spots. CityHub is a great choice if you’re looking for a cozy, tech-savvy, and well-connected base in Amsterdam.

The location was excellent and the glass roof was magical. The pods were mostly clean and a good size for me travelling alone. I loved that I could hire a bike from the hostel and the help yourself bar. In fact, most things were so well thought through! The toilet stalls in the shared bathroom are completely private individual little rooms which was great, and the shower room was pretty clean with great hot water pressure. Robes in your pod was a nice surprise too. Most of all, I really liked the staff. Had many chats over the few days I was there and each person I spoke to was super friendly and always helpful. Nearly forgot! The breakfast was EXCELLENT!

I liked everything I think but I sleep easily through anything and generally prefer to focus on the fun stuff. One or two things to be aware of for someone more sensitive might be: 1. The noise in the pod from above or below if the other guest is… ah, boisterous. 2. The stairs from reception down to pods if you have heavy luggage.

The hotel and the room exceeded my expectations. I was anticipating a hostel vibe, but it was much better than that. The check-in process was easy and digital, and the team quickly responded to any questions I had on WhatsApp. The room's area isn't noisy, and the overall facilities are friendly and clean.

It is not a huge issue, but I've noticed a few things in the girls' bathroom that would be nice to be improved. For instance, the bag holder on the back door is positioned too low, and I often bump my head (though I might be a bit clumsy!). Also, in the mornings, it's common to find a shortage of toilet paper and hand towels. Another thing that bugs me is paying around €2.50 for hot water to make tea.

I'm used to travel alone and stay in hostels, but this time I was looking for a comfort space, hot shower and space/privacy for my nights, with a friendly vibe. CityHub excels my expectations. The staff was super friendly and helpful, easy and fast checkin/checkout. They have the kind of things that turns our life easier like soap, towels, blankets, kitchen, hair dryer, big space for shower. The place is AMAZING, super aesthetic and it's easy to get to a tram station, the most common transport there. I super recommend as a woman traveling alone. Thanks to all the Cityhub staff!

The hotel is exactly like the photos and the shared bathroom areas are exceptional. The service is very friendly and check-in is easy and automated. The location is very good, close to shops and transport. I thought it would be noisy, but it was very quiet and they accommodated my request to put us in the quietest area possible (we were right at the back, which was great).

I had read two points in some reviews (and confirmed them): the first is that the pillows are bad, some parts have too much filling and others have too little. The second point is that the temperature can only be regulated with external resources such as an extra fan. Amsterdam is an expensive city, but I thought the cost-benefit could be a little better. It is expensive for a shared space.

I love the comfort and privacy that the pod provides. I feel a lot safe leaving my stuff in the pod than I do leaving my stuff in more traditional hostel rooms. The facilities are clean and there are plenty of them. I love that I never had to wait for a shower or the bathroom. Check in and out are very easy. I love that you can take advantage of the free lockers even after your check out time, so you don’t need to worry about where to store your luggage on departure. Extra plus that you can use a private locker instead of the traditional luggage room.

Stays at CityHub can be pricey, some hotels are cheaper than staying here but it is a lovely stay.

The staff were always kind. The bathrooms and shower space were separate but nice. Loved the location - easy 20 minute bus ride into the city centre however also a really beautiful 45 minute walk. Loved how the place had an option to rent bikes that was great.

It wasn’t a surprise as this is shown in the photos but the pods are SMALL. For two people packing up in the morning, one of us had to go to the hallway. The pods are also not soundproof - woke up many times from other people talking or from others alarms in the morning. The toilet areas only have cold water to wash your hands. The bar provides very small cups and small portions to drink.

It was a really damn cool stay! The location is great, the tram stops are, like, 3 min away, and walking from a city center is not that big of a deal. Bathrooms are clean and comfortable, and the pod was very comfy. The neighbourhood is calm and nice, there's a great Italian restaurant just over the corner, and a nice little cafe where you can have a breakfast with a CityHub token (if you prefer a nice full breakfast, though, I'd recommend you to not include the breakfast option. I like a mouthful of breakfast, and for me, it was more like a quick bite XD). Just around the corner there's A LOT of delicious street food options (available until 3 PM or smth, so watch it) and the freshest ever veggies/fruits. They have vending machines with toiletries/flip-flops/stuff like that, so you don't need to bring a lot of things with you. The hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly, just wow! I definitely recommend staying here.

Location is convenient - 10mins away from central but close enough to travel in, conveniently by a tram 5 mins walk away from hostel. Bed is huge for 2 pax, sufficient space for just a sleep in. there are spaces for bags - i think 1 large + 1 cabin would fit. But if you have 2 Large luggages - i think it might be hard to open them up in the room at the same time. Communal toilet and shower feels clean and comfortable. There is tap water accessible from the reception area - good enough for us to have access to drinking water. There is a food market just right outside the hostel - which is great to see and eat. Food hall is also next door. There is no nearby supermarket within 5 mins walk of the hostel, but if you stop 1 tram stop earlier, there is one.

I did find myself having dust allergy reaction while i am in the room, from the first day. Spoke to receptionist if anything can be done - but no update nor helpful solution was offered for the rest of our stay after receiving "i will talk to my manager what i can do for you."

Great location (market around the corner, close to tram), clean facilities, nice showers/vanity area, room was cool, came with speakers and customizable lights. I liked that it was a hostel but we had privacy. Staff was very friendly. They let us use their lockers for free which came in handy for our early arrival and early check out.

We were told there wasn't breakfast but when we checked out we heard another staff member tell other travelers about the breakfast options and places that provide a discount which would've been great to know during our stay. Room was a little small, hard for two people to move around (one of us had to be on the bed while the other used the floor area).
