Absolutely perfect location!) In the heart of the city but quiet!! my room was wide and had all working facilities . The room was well designed and well equipped! Very nicely decorated in an antique style. The bed was very comfortable for sleeping!) All the staff was very friendly and helpful!)the room was as clean as possible.

No refrigerator! Not at all ! My room had a view of the ornamental garden, but what made the staff lower the outer curtains on the windows and the room got dark!!!!

huge room, interesting mix of old and new. Excellent location. On the way there I got a taxi as it was late at night and I did not know the city; on the way back (to Amsterdam Central Station), I walked there, only 10minutes walk. Perfectly located for all attractions and various sites in the city both old and new. I walked a lot as I like to walk and explore. The brasserie in the hotel is ok, but in the courtyard next to it, there is a Belgian brasserie, part of the Belgian/Flemish cultural centre and the food there was EXCELLENT, fresh, interesting, healthy and nicely presented, and great beers - and the prices were so modest- I will go back there when in Amsterdam.

Booking is advertising that there is AC when the AC is a central AC and you cant manage the room temperature meaning making it chiller. The hotel website is presenting the data acutely but booking doesn’t.

Location and room very desirable..Didnt have any breakfast..Hotel was happy to look after bags and book us in earlier than 3 pm..

The Blue tooth stereo wouldnt connect and when it did it would turn off!...Would have preferred a Double mattress than two singles!...Couldnt cuddle in the middle of the bed!..LOL...Grrrrrrrrr!!!!...And matress kept pulling apart to expose a gap in the middle!..Constant!...

Location and room were both superb. On a quiet street just off Rokin. Room was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast offering and service were a bit off. Whilst reception staff and most in the restaurant were excellent there were one or two in the restaurant who didn't seem to want to be there. Plus the cappuccino was always lukewarm and they had very nice fresh orange juice it was never offered. And little things like asking for cutlery. Nothing major but for a top hotel then these little things should be ironed out.

The location was superb with pretty much everything in central Amsterdam within a short stroll. The room was a great size with a well equipped his and hers shower in the en-suite. The staff throughout our stay were all very good especially the housekeeping staff who were very good to us by way of making sure we received our teas, coffees etc if we were using our room at the time of their rounds. The lobby restaurant is an amazing hub with a very cool yet distinguished vibe, great cocktails, choice of wine and delicious food. A great asset to a stay here on an inevitable Amsterdam rainy day. All in all a very good choice for a stay in Amsterdam!

Not being able to control the room temperature, made the room a little warm at times.

Amazing stay! The location is superb, and the bed was so comfortable that my husband and I ended up sleeping for 16 hours one particular day during our trip — it was that relaxing! The staffs are friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very clean. There is also a restaurant downstairs that serves decent food. Overall, a fantastic experience!

The noise cancellation wasn’t great—probably due to we stayed on a lower floor, and when we opened the windows at night, we could clearly hear sounds from outside. Also, toothbrush is upon request. Hotel charged us EUR 10 for a late checkout of just 30 minutes.

The location The staff were friendly Superior room is spacious , specially the double The furniture is new and clean Price is reasonable If you close the windows you will not hear the street noise. I would stay again and recommend to my friends.

Someone opened the door on us mid stay After I called reception as it was safety concern to me, they said it was by mistake as they wanted to open another room, and assured us that the master key is only with them.

The room was huge, with a lovely large window to create lots of light (but with a privacy screen to avoid any unwanted gazes). Comfortable bed, great set up with speakers and coffee machine on the table.Bathroom and shower both great. Brilliant location too, weirdly quiet for the central location and also had some great bars and restaurants nearby (Bar Jones is excellent).

Very very very minor, but with the curtains fully drawn, the wall did look a bit plain.

The breakfast was absolutely exceptional as was the food when we ate at the restaurant in the evening to celebrate our engagement. The room was really spacious and comfortable. Loved having a big bathroom with a really powerful shower, huge bath and dressing gowns! Honestly everything was above my expectations and we will definitely visit again.

The only tiny negative I can think of is that we could only get one English speaking tv channel. It didn’t really matter or spoil our stay. Would just be beneficial to know as in the future you could bring a chromecast, iPad etc.
