Location was the best it can be, steps away from central station, from city center as well. No outside noises disturbed the sleep even though they have been heard a little. Been staying for a week, got 1free breakfast coupon, the buffet was really nice for such a size hotel. I wish that the price being paid for hotel would automatically include breakfast every morning as hotel was quite expensive compared to alternatives.

Shower/toilet is super cold, even if the room is warmed up. Think its something with ventilation of old style buildings.

It was in a great location very central and the staff where very polite and helpful

The only downside for me was the bathroom was a little on the small side, the toilet was between the shower and the sink so not much room for me elbows

Loud (as expected for a hotel in Amsterdam), beds weren’t super comfortable (too hard) and WiFi wasn’t great.

Walking distance (5 minutes walk) to the train station making it easy to access after a long trip. Staff was friendly and helped me a lot after I made a mistake on the reservation. The room had plantly of space. Restaurant besides the hotel has an excellent chicken schnitzel.

Shower flooded the toilet. Despite that, nothing to complain about. just note that this is a busy area but even so the room was very quiet.

The hotel is located just across the Centraal Station concourse so great for arrival from Schiphol Airport. No need for €120 taxi. Only €7.90 on the train. The hotel was quiet, clean and serviced daily. We were able to access our room early. Much appreciated. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The lift is large and modern. Our room had bottled water every day and was spotlessly clean. Great shower. The hotel is one street over from the main street so close to everything with restaurants all around and next door. In the centre of everything with trams everywhere. The supermarkets at the station were handy for food to go. Very happy with the hotel and will definitely book again.

We booked the small double and it was small. Nowhere to put the suitcases really but not that bothered anyway.

Small European-style room was clean and comfortable. Location was great for public transportation or a walk past shops of all kinds. It was easy to get to all the attractions we’d planned. The staff were excellent and very helpful. We were able to leave bags in storage free of charge.

We had a very hard time finding the place. Their sign was like other small vendors—which was unexpected with the ibis branding. Small entry and then there was access to rooms etc. Now that I know where to look, I think it is simply a well-kept secret!! (Remember this is not the big ibis next to the train station. You have to cross the canal to get to this one.)

The staff was the absolute highlight of my stay. They were extremely accommodating and always ready to help, Honestly, they made my stay so much better just by being so welcoming. The location is exceptional, and it was a joy to stay in the heart of the city with such great connectivity to wherever you need to travel. The room is clean, exactly as shown in the pictures and comfortable. Definitely value for money, and I know where I will be staying when I revisit Amsterdam. A big thank you to the staff! Keep up with the great hospitality.
