1. The canal view was amazing – peaceful, serene, and wonderfully quiet at night. 2. The beds were incredibly comfortable – so much so that getting up in the morning felt like a real challenge! 3. Secure parking was available at a paid car park just a short walk from the hotel, which gave us peace of mind. 4. Getting to the city centre was a breeze with the nearby tram connections – super convenient and efficient.

What could be improved: The room with three single beds was a bit tight for a family of three. We had to pack away our luggage each time after use to free up walking space. That said, it wasn’t a dealbreaker – just gave me a good reason to put my organising skills to the test!

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. View of the room was very nice. Hotel location is nice and close to the schipol airport and zuid train station.

Sauna was not functional. The beds were too soft for us.

The location was very easy for transport in and out the city. We got the bus in from the airport but took the metro back was much cheaper than paying a private car and if you buy a three day transport ticket you can use all the difrent choices of transport. Was well worth it. The hotel Was lovely and clean very spacious and I think all rooms have glass windows floor to ceiling which I loved gives you a good view of the area. And makes the room nice and bright. My partner didn’t like the breakfast but that’s just a personal opinion, he’s not keen on continental but I was able to eat plenty. There was enough of a choice and if you like an Cava that was also on offer, I definitely recommend to friends.

Only one complaint was the fact the bar didn’t sell alcahol before 3pm. But again not really a big issue. Would just like to have had that choice.

Loved the hotel emtrance and reception, check-in was very easy, and staff were helpful. The rooms were on the 10th floor with a beautiful river view, it has all the required facilities for the family. One special thing is the sunken shelves with power sockets beside the bed that were great to use. The hotel was clean, and the location was accessible to the bus station (5 minutes walk) and metro station (8 minutes walk). We had breakfast 2 days in a row, and the variety was decent, and the food was delicious.

Breakfast was excellent and good value for money. Room was clean and shower facility was exceptional. The location is very good ( no big roads next to hotel) but a bit further from city centre than ideal. Saying that it is 10 min walk from overground train to Central station and 10 min walk from tram to city centre, and 20 min walk from local pubs and restaurants - some of them are fantastic. Check out Spaghetti house for informal dining and no need to book. We stayed in winter but it looks like in summer this hotel offers much more as it is located by the wide canal. May be a boat ride to the city (?) as there is a boat moored next to it. There is an outside area with a nice seating overlooking canal - that would be lovely place to be on a hot summer evening.

The hotel has an excellent location - a quiet, peaceful area right on the canal. The tram/bus is 4 minutes on foot and you can take it anywhere you need. If you are coming by car, I recommend to book parking at the stadium. Varied and tasty breakfasts, friendly and helpful staff. In the evening you can enjoy a drink on the terrace with a stunning view. Very good value for money - we will definitely come back here!

I believe there is no need to change towels every day, especially since we didn't leave them on the floor. However, you could wipe the table or vacuum the floor, because it gets dirty after a longer stay. Paper coffee cups in the room.

I arrived at the hotel very early in the morning. I figured that i would be hanging out in the hotel until check-in time. To my surprise, the receptionist was very kind to check us in on the the spot. We were all (wife & kids) very grateful because we were all exhausted from the long-haul flight. Checking in was a breeze and we found ourselves in the room 15mins later. Hotel breakfast was just awesome, we loved the variety and everything was delicious! My experience then got elevated when i found the sauna in the gym and also soaking myself in the hot tub - outdoor!! Overall, it was an unforgteable experience though there's so much more that i wanted to talk about this Hotel. We will surely come back again!

• The hotel was conveniently located about 10 minutes on foot from the metro station, and 7–8 minutes from tram and bus stops. • Easy airport access from the same 7–8 minute station. • Spacious room with big windows and a nice view. • Plenty of facilities: iron, TV, hair dryer, and more. • The bathroom was quite large and modern. • Despite having a street view, the room was quiet and peaceful. • The breakfast was good, with plenty of tasty food options and a great view from the breakfast area.

• Cleaning was not done daily, and when it was, it felt superficial. • The initial towels were ripped, and flip-flops were missing, which meant going barefoot in the room. • Walls were squeaky, and it sounded like something was breaking whenever neighbors closed their doors.

The room had a good amount of space and an excellent view. It was clean and well maintained. The fitness center had cardio and weight equipment which was really nice. The breakfast had a variety of choices including salad for those of us who love veggies! The staff was helpful when asking for directions to get places as well. It was nice to be away from the city center, where it was calm instead of crazy busy.

The bikes could have been maintained better. I tried one bike and it was stuck always breaking, then tried another, and it was difficult to break. While I was able to get some assistance with directions, I had to really push to get the help I needed as they must be used to everyone getting everything from google. I did google it, but there were some directions that were really unclear online and in the train station, so I learned to ask for more details or they would not think it was needed.

Nice big room, pleasant bar and lounge area with friendly staff, very nice restaurant with some love,y Chinese dishes as a speciality. Nice bathroom. As in other hotels, I’ve been to in Holland, the “double bed” was two singles pushed together each with a single duvet. I wish they could do proper double beds. Located in a bit of an oasis, a few minutes walk from nearest bus/tram, but very near the old Olympic stadium. Breakfast was an extra €25: there are some nice cafes near the Olympic stadium that open from 8am. Bizarrely, and somewhat irritating, in my three night stay I was three times knocked on the door by housekeeping to “check if my room was Ok”. I sensed they were checking up on me for some reason 🤔; a bit annoying I was trying to have a nap on each occasion!
