Nice hotel, we had a corner room with a really cool view over The Hague. Everything was clean. Free parking available. The welcome message promised we can get complimentary coffees at the reception once a day "for a cozy start", but when we asked for them the woman said they don't do that during breakfast (which wasn't included for us)! Well, she made an exception for us but that would've been nice to know beforehand. You have to walk a bit if you want to take the bus to the center, but when you return it stops basically in front of the hotel.

There's a kitchenette in the room but only a pair of each cutlery, plate, cup etc...had to keep washing them while preparing breakfast. Also only one chair so one of us had to sit on the bed while eating. The pillows were super thick so I had to use one of the decorative pillows while sleeping.

the staff were friendly, and the hotel is okay it is along the main road but tricky for us to get to the exit by car.

The way the staff were handling the food during breakfast it was my husband who noticed that they were just picking up bread with their bare hands after touching the bin/ trash can.

The man who greeted us at reception was really kind and friendly, great with our kids, I'm sorry I forget his name but thank you to him for a nice welcome! The other staff we spoke to were all friendly and helpful too. Our room was a good size for the five of us, basic but clean and had everything we needed for a one night stay. It was a good location for us, our of the city centre but easy to travel in and out, we had our car with us so not sure about public transport links. The parking was very convenient for us and great that it was free.

The beds were really hard and quite uncomfortable unfortunately.

We were pleased with the room and amenities provided. Our room on the sixth floor was spacious and offered a fantastic view of the cityscape, which made it feel even more special. The layout included a convenient kitchen area, equipped with a fridge, microwave, sink, kettle, coffee maker, and all the basic dishes and utensils. This setup was ideal for making small meals and drinks in the comfort of our room, which we really appreciated. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The hotel's location was also quite good—about a 20-25 minute walk from the central railway station.

Breakfast - Instead of a buffet, they provided a set amount of food per person, and additional items like yogurt were placed far from the main serving area and weren’t encouraged as extra options. I would have preferred a buffet-style breakfast, allowing for more variety and flexibility.

The staff and the easygoing atmosphere in this place were amazing! Everything was fun, but also respectful of others. The communal foyer is very relaxing and social (if you want it to be), with complimentary pool table, Table Tennis and Fußball. There was also a 'Spin the Wheel' for each guest during check in with prizes for each guest ranging from keyrings to a bottle of prosecco! The rooms were immaculate and the views from the 9th floor were incredible. It might be a little bit of a walk away from most amenities, but it's worth it if you're fit! Also this was during the Euro Soccer Tournament, and each day you were greeted with a free drink to reflect the teams playing that day! Loved the Flugels. ! All in all, while the location might seem off-putting, if you can put up with an extra 5 minutes of walking, it is more than worth it. 5 Stars.

Location was just a little bit out of town centre, but there are shops and a McDonald's close by if you're that way inclined.

The welcome was great, a very hot day and drinks available at reception. My (soon to be) 8 year old daughter was able to choose a 'gift' (she chose a dutch chocolate bar), the receptionist was lovely. Room had fans (no a/c I couldn't find), rubbish views of the industrial estate, but the street art and the birds are nice touches. No restaurant, so only MacDonalds next door really as an option with a tired family. The breakfast was really fun, and enough, and the lady hosting was engaging with my daughter, and set us up for a great day. Easy access out of the city, which was important. And I left our toothbrushes...oops.

Nothing much to say, it was OK. Den Haag centraal & Den Haag HS station are equally same walking distance to the hotel. Bus 28 from Den Haag, stops in front of the hotel. Aldi , Jumbo, Albert supermarkets are just 10mins or so walk, there is also an Asian shop in the same building for meat, and local items. There is also McDonald’s just 2mins away

The first night was rough, as the main bed, I believed the bedding was not changed. I itched through the night and only got 2hrs sleep (someone may have slept on it for a night, and they decided it was not worth changing) Also the toilet bin was not emptied on our arrival.

From the moment we entered my kids loved it. Not only was the lobby area filled with fun things for kids (and adults to do like pool or ping pong), there were snacks and even a wheel to spin for a prize. We stayed at the hotel 2 nights and I would recommend it! There was also a laundry room that you could book, so that was convenient for our large family! The room was very clean and the beds were so comfortable! Also was so great having secure and free parking. Staff were always kind and friendly.

We pretty much liked everything.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing seemed to much trouble for them. They also had lots of advice about how to get around. I really liked the 'lucky wheel spin' - it's a great touch! The room is of a good size and has some amenities like fridge/coffee. The shower was excellent - good shower pressure and hot water. Location is not bad with supermarkets and train stations about 15-20mins walk away.

More ventilation in the bathroom. The communal area of corridors and outside the lift showed a lot wear & tear and could do with a revamp. Overall, I think the price could have been a bit lower all things considered. Unfortunately, there was a lot of unavoidable dust around as there was active construction happening in the next plot

The staff is very friendly. We were offered to spin a wheel to win a prize at check in which is very nice. At breakfast we were offered some smoothies by the manager. The whole vibe is very youthful and friendly. Free parking is always a nice plus. Not far away from the city center.

Trash bin was not emptied for our arrival, and the floor was not cleaned (some sticky drops near the kitchen). Bed covers are too small for two people, you have to be spooning all the time to be covered.
