Quiet, no noise from outside. Might be that I was at the back. There was a busy road at the front, so couldn't comment on that side of the hotel.

Nothing springs to mind, although didn't have breakfast there as thought €18 was a bit expensive. While I appreciate it's a buffet and you can have as much as you want, I think I'd be hard pushed to get value for money when only want a coffee and maybe a bit of cereal or toast at breakfast.

I had a comfortable stay at Ibis-Utrecht. The room came with plenty of fresh towels and necessary toiletries. The staff were very helpful too. Since I was here for work, I appreciated the fact that the WiFi worked without any glitches. The restaurant is great too. I had my dinner here during my stay, and I really liked the food and the service. I also appreciated the fact that the café stayed open until 10/11 pm, allowing you to get one last coffee/tea before one turns in. Public transportation is easily accessible from the hotel. Moreover, Utrecht Centraal Station is only a 15-20 minute walk from Ibis. The hotel also offers free parking. Overall, my stay was comfortable.

It was comfortable and I was happy to be staying a little out of the city centre.

They had space for bike storage but it was just a section of their underground car park which is not gated or locked. There weren’t really any usable or secure bike racks except the full ones outside the front entrance.

The room was very nice for accommodating two people. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was neat and clean.

The ventilation in the room is a little lacking. After my girlfriend and I took turns showering our window was completely fogged up and the ceiling and doorframe was noticeably wet.

This was a good value and perfect for what we needed, which was a nice clean place to stay for 1 night. They had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable and everyone was very friendly and helpful.

The room was comfortable and clean with a decent sized bathroom, great breakfast and bar food. Everything great.

The only criticism is that there were no coffee and tea making facilities in the room. It's always nicer to wake up with a coffee in the morning.

Everything is provided in the room, nice service. Close to the bus stop and to the tram stop, close to the center.

The first room cleaning was a little bit late, just on the second day from arriving would be better.

Happy that checkout time was 12pm. The location was great - 1 min from the bus stop and few mins from closest tram stop. Parking fee was charged. The room and bathroom was clean, cozy and comfortable. We had problems in the night with noise coming from other rooms and children running in corridors but the reception staff in the morning was very courteous and accommodating. Would come again!

The hotel´s policy of being silent and quiet in the night could be more stricter. People were loud and we had a long drive ahead. Also the early evening reception staff was bit off in terms of attitude but the girl in the morning was very kind !

Kind and helpful staff. Stay met expectations. The walk to the center is a nice one, as it is mostly done along a small river.

Not sure if all Ibis hotels are the same in this regard, but be sure not to fall for their ultra-expensive laundry service. There are cheaper options not very far from the hotel, in case you have a significant amount of clothing in need of a wash.

The hotel is near the center of Utrecht in a quiet and nice area. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a nice view to the park.

Breakfast was not included in the price.
