Close to the airport and other places we visited. Parking was easy as was access to the motel, to the main road. Gas station next door for coffees and other stuff if needed. Staff very good to deal with and even put on the heat pump on the cold nights.

Seems the nearby main road is used as a bit of race track by locals. Friday night was the worst but Saturday and Sunday nights were better. Not much that can be done by the staff but trying to sleep on the first night this can be an issue.

Friendly and helpful owners, room was clean and comfortable. It was a convenient location for what I required.

I had a little with the toilet sticking and instead of filling the tank running water into the toilet. The only other minor complaint I had was the "lounge" chair wasnt that comfortable and it stored in an awkward place, if you are trying to watch TV from bed then the Dining chair gets in the way.

Very close to the airport. Shuttle provided. - minimal cost and was very flexible. Needed to get to airport earlier than booked in the am. - cheerfully accommodated us. Clean and tidy. Hosts were super - cheerful and helpful. Great wifi. Good showers Quick check in and out.

Family operated hotel located on a major road close to the airport. Room was quite soundproof and the I could not really hear any traffic noise. Pleasant staff and clean rooms. I had a rental car so I drove here before my flight the next day. Room has information for restaurants that deliver to the hotel. The hotel offers breakfast ordered in advance at reasonable rates. I did not have time to sample it.

Nothing really. The main building which is where the owners live is facing the main road and blocks the highway noise from the hotel rooms.

The service the hosts provided was exceptional including spending extra time to help me locate my wallet that I’d left at the airport. I received over and above expectations of service - being taken back to airport, helping me search the airport etc. You won’t find more friendly and obliging hosts. Told me where to get food late at night close by, arranged my ride back to airport the next day etc. All done with a smile and good spirit. Highly recommend staying here.

The owners of the hotel were exceptionally kind and waited for our delayed night flight to shuttle us back to the motel. Great communication. The room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. A great choice for accommodation close to Christchurch airport and car hire companies.

Loved how friendly accommodating the receptionist Lady was. Went beyond to help you. If required. The room was like home 🏠 cosy warm .

A clock on a wall be brilliant not the ticking type or a plug in clock . We do use cellphones for Time Yet convenient to see Time. No complaining or anything just a thought ☺️.

Close to the airport and easy to access. Free laundry facility onsite was very handy. 24hr service station nearby was good for snacks and refueling the hire car. Arranged a late check-in which went smoothly.

The facilities were fine for short stay close to the airport.

Location is good close to Hornby shopping mall but far enough out to not notice the hustle and bustle of city life. Breakfast was yummy with a good proportion of food. Beds were comfortable and unit was very clean. Clean towels were available on request. Highly recommend.

Was a great unit, comfortably slept 4. Service and communication was fantastic. Middle of the night arrival wasn't an issue, easy key access and the heating was on which was much appreciated.

Had to park on the street but realized in the morning it was a frail old couple that had taken up 2 parks.
