Proximity to airport. This was good since it was only a stop going in and out. Several places to eat within 500m. Pizza hut was good. A Woolworths supermarket was about 300m. First place we seen a heated towel bar.

Parking: The covered area is really small and tight to maneuver. I would say nothing like a van. I had a Hyundai SUV. There are not enough spaces for each room. The website does mention this, but not how limited it is. The website does say that if there is no space, then you can park on Brake Street. FYI, there is stuff in the entrance area to the garage, which is a problem getting through. Check in: I could not park in front to do this. Went to Brake Street and walked over because you can not get into the garage without a key. Staff: Although not rude to us, we did witness it with another customer. Apparently, this was over what is mentioned above.

We chose this hotel because of its location to the airport and because of other reviews. Room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The covered parking is limited, but there is street parking as well.

Somewhat of an urban feel directly on a main road with no true parking lot. Front desk not properly attended. Set up more for business traveler than vacation travel.

Best value for money hotel I have ever stayed in. Booked this place as there wasn't much stays available at our time of booking and was very close to the Airport. The price was very cheap and our initial impression was not that great (at entry). However, when we reached our room, it was well maintained, facilities were top notch. Had free parking within building (they mentioned limited parking but I believe, it would be sufficient for guest parking). There are a lot of options for free street parking nearby. Location was good as well - near to airport, restaurants and shops.

The hotel appears to be very new. It's clean and very well presented. It doesn't look like much from the outside and can be tricky to find as it's surrounded by other businesses, but it's very tidy inside. Our room was very clean, super comfy and cozy. It had everything we needed, including a hair dryer, iron and ironing board! It's also well located, within a walking distance to a supermarket, several fast food places, restaurant and a bar located downstairs. There is an undercover carpark with limited spots and plenty of additional parking around the streets. It's also located only 10 mins drive from the Airport.

It was a little noisy, being on a main street with other business around, but not bad at all. The rubbish bin lid inside the room was broken and needed replacing.

The location was excellent! There are heaps of restaurants and a supermarket right next door, super convenient. The facilities are top-notch, and the room was spotless. Loved having a fridge and microwave to store my leftover food. It's centrally located, just a stone's throw from the city centre. The value for money is superb, and I'd recommend it to anyone, whether you're travelling for leisure or work. One of the best places you could find in Christchurch. Plus, the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Top marks all around!

Very nicely finished modern room. We had a studio room with a small outside deck with outside furiture. The room was well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. Good kitchenette. Nice bathroom. Comfortable king bed. All spotlessly clean. Lift available for upstairs rooms. Under cover parking available. Good location, not far from a variety of restaurants, shops, and a supermarket across the road. Not a big drive to the airport or the city. Very good value for moey.

The receptionist was so helpful, I asked for an early check in as I had been in hospital, he kindly got my room ready first, although I arrived much later than I had anticipated as the discharge papers took a long time to be issued. He was gracious and sympathetic. The room was perfect, with ♿️ which I needed and was so clean and all the amenities were well stocked. The towels were soft and fluffy and the bed linen was beautiful. The room even has a balcony and is a short walking distance to all amenities you would need, restaurants, supermarkets, medical centre , public transport and shopping mall. The location of the front reception area gives you no clue as to how good the accommodation is. It's a hidden gem! Would stay again if back in Christchurch and highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation.

Signage at the front and a nicer front entrance as it was a bit confusing, and It first thought it was a bar and betting shop.

We were able to park each night in the hotel carpark, so we found it a secure, clean, tidy place to stay in the city.

The entrance is off a main highway, so we found it easier to park on Brake Street and walk to reception on arrival. As a woman, I would have felt less comfortable if the arrival had been after dark as the entrance was shared by a sports bar with pokie machines, etc.

Clean and spacious room

The locked car park isn’t big enough to cater for all guests. The driveway leading to the said car park was littered with full (and very smelly) food scrap buckets. When I called the hotel to explain a delay with check in, albeit out of our control (vegetation fire closing state highway 7 for nearly 5 hours), the male staff member was arrogant and spoke over me…. Not appreciated after a stressful day.

Close to Riccarton racecourse where the event was being held, we were attending. Rooms were spacious and very quiet even though on a busy road. Safe off-street parking in a locked building so we and our friends didn't have to worry about our hot rods on the street. Friendly staff. Within walking distance to plenty of food options. Rooms are quite and you can't hear your neighbours in next room.

Ally way into car park was back of restaurants so was filled with rubbish bins and looked messy. this was the only thing and understandable.
