I was there to drop off my daughter for first year University so this accommodation was the perfect area, was a busy time as lots of other parents staying too
Was a little noisy as I had downstairs room and was noisy upstairs but nothing too bad

Central for everything when down for university students. Very clean and tidy. Loved the coffee plunger and capsule machine although no new capsules each day.

The hostess was very friendly and helpful. The room was bigger than expected and well equipped. Being close to a busy road, it was nice and quiet.
There was some minor maintenance issues with the room, but nothing that impacted our opinion of the place.

Receptionist very friendly. Offered advice. Room was very clean and had lovely extras like coffee machine, electric blanket. Heating was also good. Parking right outside the door is also nice.

The staff were very kind, caring and went the extra mile. This was extremely helpful with the circumstances I was needing to stay. The location was great for walking distance to the Westfield mall and bus stops as well as being easy to find with no fiddley entry and exit from the main road. I'm 100% satisfied with our stay.
