Clean and comfortable beds. Room service is provided. Wifi connection is excellent. Quiet place though it is located next to a road. Within walking distance to supermarkets, shops and eateries.

There is a table and chair at the doorstep of my unit. We did not notice a cigarette tray on the table until we smelled smoke on evening. Other guests actually sat at the table and smoked!

Wonderful welcome from host , after calling ahead , hosts allowed us an earlier check in due to arriving early from our previous place., which was great as weather was unfavourable. Unit was clean ,warm and had everything we needed . Beds were very comfortable and shower had good pressure and temperature . Very handy to amenities nearby . 😃

What a great friendly owner / staffs! Also I had to book 7 rooms in total for 15 guests, with special bedding requests, and they have happily met our requirements. Its location close to Westfield Mall is within 5mins of walking distance. The place was clean and all functional. Maintained well, comfy beds, good parking, good location, and most of all, great cost compared to most of other motels near by. Can't ask for more.

Considering it was on a busy road it was very quiet. We were in a 2 bedroom on the ground floor & there was a lovely sunny outdoor area off the living area with a table & couple of chairs.

You could hear a little bit of noise from the people upstairs, walking around etc.

Nice touch from the staff with the air con warming the room for my arrival.Plenty of room to park my oversize ute.Very helpfull staff with a specific request.Doors away from Westfield shopping mall.

Bed mattress needs replacing.Sagging holllow knocked the sleep experience.

Very comfortable beds. The heat pump in the lounge and heater in the bathroom was great when it got chilly.

Was a shame that the tv didn’t have any streaming services like Netflix etc. Also we were on the ground floor and there was a lot of thumping & thudding from the room above us all night. No fault of the owners though.

Location. Owners are lovely. Tidy unit quiet -kitchen.

Wasn’t as clean (under beds etc) as I’d like but was still clean and tidy. The light early in the morning was an issue for us but probably not for most.

Quality Suites Amore is the accommodation I return to when I visit Christchurch. Excellent facilities in an excellent location with friendly helpful staff. Highly recommended🙂

There is nothing I didn't like.

Amore is always fantastic, we stay there every time we visit christchurch. Communication is fantastic from the owners and the room is always warm and cozy in winter when we arrive.

Close to Westfield Riccarton on the main road but traffic noise didn't bother us. We were late in arriving and that was handled perfectly. Staff were friendly.

Nothing major. Plates were hard to reach on the top shelf and the spa bath feature had been disconnected. We would stay again.
