We needed accommodation near the train line and on the side of Christchurch closer to the airport. This was perfectly located for both those needs. The room was well appointed, especially the kitchen area and very clean.

We made the trade-off per above, but we'd hoped there would be a coffee shop or restaurant/cafe within walking distance. There was a mall, but not what we like to go to in a city. We used UBER to go back and forth to Riverside Market and downtown which was costlier than we'd hoped. But again, it was our choice of what was of primary importance.

It's amazing, great price too, and also the whole room spot cleaned! I am very satisfied. The look as well very nice modern and clean The bed is perfect. It is cozy and warm. The pillows are very amazing and comfortable. It's great support for your neck, too. Spare pillows and blankets in the closet. It is close to Riccarton Shopping Mall, the parking is Hassel-Free. I have marked this as one of my favorite spots to stay in Christchurch. Do plan on coming back :) Nice and quiet, almost could say sound proof. Staff are very easy 👌:) Recommend this place 💯 100%

Lovely light room with little patio out the back with a table and chairs . Very welcoming and helpful staff . A short walk or 2 mins drive to Westfield shopping , Lots of restaurants and PAC and save close by .

It was 3.5 km walk into the centre of Christchurch , great if you had a bike but a good 35/40 mins by foot . Unfortunately the bus stop outside went around the ring road and not into the centre of town . You could drive in but limited parking and lots of roadworks .

It was exceptionally clean. The kitchenette was great, as was the proximity to a supermarket. Also walking distance to Christchurch railway station.

The two comfortable chairs were underneath the TV, making it necessary to sit on the bed to watch. Also a shelf above one of the chairs meant bumping my head . The property charged for using an international card. It would seem better to have all charges included in the price, but the accommodation was still good value.

Situated in a great location, very quiet and within easy walking distance to the Wolfbrook Arena. The room was very clean, well laid out, with great facilities, a very comfortable bed and a great sized bathroom. Excellent value for money. We will definitely stay here again!

Only negative comment is being awoken at 4am in the morning due to another resident setting off the fire alarm! All the bathroom switches are located outside the bathroom and are not marked, so it would be very easy to turn on the bathroom heater without even knowing!

Staff were friendly at check-in. Room was a good size, super comfy bed and good sized bathroom with great shower pressure. Everything was really clean and well looked after. Loved the extra touch of bottles of water for car windows around the carpark. Great value for money, will definitely be back!

Only slightly down point is it's hard to turn right out of the facility in traffic and a small amount of road noise during peak hours.

Wonderful staff, our last minute booking, thank you so much. We experienced such efficiency after telling them our ferry was delayed. Check in took less than a minute. So clean, everything was super clean. Shower pressure was incredible! Xxxx

The only bad point I’d say was that the room are advertised as “sound proof” but they’re not completely, nothing bad but not completely sound proof. I’d stay there again though for sure. Xxx

Very helpful staff, convenient location, and room cleanliness is well maintained, etc. As my son's birthday is on Christmas, we bought a cake on the eve, but forgot to get the candles, the staff managed to get the candles and lighter (even free) for us, so we could celebrate. Really appreciate the extra effort! Small help means a lot. Strongly recommended

The cost was a bit high, but understood it's during the holiday season.

What a well thought out motel. Bed was comfortable the shower with rose adjustment, was great.The kitchen had everything we needed and all condiments replenished daily. Very well located and close to so many things. We also liked having our own sky box so could save programs we wanted to see (never had that before) It was immaculately clean

The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Nice kitchenette and well lit bathroom are a plus. Laundry facility also available. The real detraction however is that the motel is located very far away from city center so be prepared to spend extra money hiring cabs or Uber to take you to and from sites. There are no restaurants near by - it's located off busy street which is not suitable for walking. I did see a bus stop nearby but reception is not regularly staffed so support is not available for navigating the city other than what you can do on your own.

The hotel is well suited for someone with a car. It very far from the city center and walking is really not an option. There are no restaurants nearby as well. The reception area is not regularly staffed so if you need assistance you have to search the premises for an available staff member which can be tricky.
