Preference for a downstairs unit was granted and an upgrade was provided.

The spa motor switch was not obvious - but I enjoyed a sumptuous soak in the bath (an upgrade I didn't expect)

Clean, tidy and spacious room. Beautiful place, enjoyed my stay here. Warm, welcoming staff.

Convenient location, quiet and comfortable at a good price. Our preferred place to stay, usually.

Though the bed had been made up the room hadn't been cleaned properly. We didn't want to make a fuss because we'd got the room at a good rate for 2 nights, but I think the cleaner had walked off the job. We wiped the baby fingerprints off the windows and mirror, but when we found black underwear in the dusty light fitting and brown goo on the floor, no pillowcase on the 2nd pillow we spoke to the weekend manager. He didn't have an e xplanation but did offer us a bottle of wine as an apology. We have often stayed here and have never found it dirty before. Bad luck, because it's very comfortable, peaceful and conveniently located. I dont know whether it has recently changed hands and the new staff are untrained, but it was not a good experience.

The unit was very compact, but good value. It was perfectly situated to get to the hospital shuttle carpark. Very pleasant gentleman at the desk, who, without any fuss, changed our room to a downstairs unit when l explained my husband couldn't manage stairs. We would definitely stay there again.

The unit was very small, however it was very reasonably priced. We would probably get a bigger unit next time, but that would be more personal choice than a problem with the motel.

Central to amenities

Hair dryer fixed to the electric connection was in dangerous condition… Insulation tape had been wrapped around power cable and cable appeared burnt. Extremely dangerous especially in a bathroom. Also shower nozzle mount was loose and would not support the nozzle. I tighten screw with my screw driver took me 30 seconds. Both these items left a below average impression

A blackout roller blind would have been better than the Venetian blind on the door to block out light otherwise all good.

It was a lovely sized room, had all the things needed and the bath was spectacular! Would absolutely book this place again, plus the staff were extremely friendly and helpful when needed!

Only problem was it was located on a popular road so it was a bit noisey during the night time (to be expected) however it was manageable!

Location great handy to Westfield shopping centre and short walk to bus stops. Could also walk to Deans Bush gardens which is a lovely place to visit. Staff very accommodating looked after my bags before check-in time and after check-out. They also organised a couple of taxis for me.

Perhaps an explanation on how to activate the water from the spa bath to the shower. I had to ask staff to come over and show me. Also couldn't open the sliding door to the small courtyard but that was a user error. Lounge room couch was a bit uncomfortable.

The 2 bedroom apartment (#810) was a bonus for sure. It is upstairs and in the corner, so away from the carpark and busy street. Has a beautiful outlook right into trees and a reserve with lots of bird chatter.

Suggest either repair or removed the broken vertical blinds. It dates the room and made it appear tired and not looked after, though you could see the rest of the apartment was clean and tidy and in working order.
