We really enjoyed staying here, when we go back to Christchurch, we want to stay here again. We arrived early and we were allowed to leave our bags at reception till we could check in. Our bags were taken to our room for us which was a very nice gesture. We stayed in room number 10, had our own little outside table and chairs. Beds were extremely comfortable, very clean and modern with everything we needed. Owners or reception staff were really friendly. Handy to bus stop around the cnr on riccarton road. We will stay here again.

How spacious the room was. The size of the bed and how comfy it was. One thing that stood out was how amazing the staff were. Flights had been cancelled last minute taking a day off our stay but Jay was awesome when I rang and he was very understanding and gave clear instructions on how to notify booking.com to change our booking from 2days to 1. They are very accommodating - any issues they always had a solution. So thank you Jay and Apollo hotel team ☺️

Nothing bad - it was just a very hot day and a very muggy and hot night. There wasn't an option to cool the room down. But still loved our stay.

We have stayed here on two previous occasions. It's always a very tidy and comfortable motel. The owners are very pleasant to deal with. Being mid Riccarton Road makes it a convenient location to all areas in Christchurch. I'll be happy to book here again.

apart from the curb rise on entering the drive way is too far into the parking area.. ( I hit it) Nothing else. It ticked all our motel stay boxes.

We stay here every time we travel to Christchurch as it suits our needs of wanting a two bedroom unit with small kitchenette, We stayed before and on return, of a trip overseas, when arriving on our return from overseas we arrived in the middle of the night, the host was excellent informing us of where the keys would be left for us, a light was left on and heater turned on to make the unit warm and cozy on our arrival which we really appreciated.

blinds have been taken down in unit two which is hard for keeping unit private from outside nextdoor neighbours, we had to keep the curtains pulled to prevent people from seeing in the unit.

We had a late arriving flight and the accommodation was left for use that we could still check in! And we had some milk left for us to make a hot drink, which was a nice touch! Beds were very comfortable and housekeeping came in daily to tidy up while we were out! Overall a great place to stay if you are visiting Christchurch!

Even though we arrived after hours, the staff happily picked us up from the airport. The following day, they took us to the hire depot so that we could connect our campervan. The driver helped us carry our cases up and down the stairs.

A few more milk portions would have been nice. There were only two, which meant no coffee before leaving in the morning.

Lovely space with good kitchenette facilities. A nice, large bed. Good WiFi and the TV were perfect for my stay. Brilliant housekeeping from very friendly staff.

Quite thin walls meant I constantly heard a lot of traffic from the adjacent main road, although this was not a very major issue for me.

It was ok, have stayed at better. It served our purpose as we were out all day, it was clean staff were nice, We wont stay there again, the room was noisy close to the street.

The room was dated, with what I had paid to stay there, the owner's need to look at this. I have stayed at modern motels for less money.

We stayed at the Apollo Motel for one night and we checked out around 5am for an early flight. The staff upon check in were very friendly. Our room was spacious and was good value for money.

We had one slight off putting experience, the blanket used to make up the pull out sofa was stained.

Bathroom could do with a bit of paint and and an uplift but still ok. TV could be lower on the wall as it is quite high and you get a sore neck looking up.
