Parking on-site was good. Room was clean and well appointed. Close to many restaurants and other amenities Beds are very comfortable.

Bathroom is very small, you have to take turns to use it. I didn't like that the owner took payment before we arrived ( we arrived early) took away our option to pay in cash. Couldn't be bothered going through the trouble. Internet is disgraceful for a 1st world country.

The motel unit we stayed in was modern and tidy, providing comfortable and adequately spacious accommodation. The shower was a good size, and ample off-street parking was available. I appreciated the convenience of having fresh towels daily.

The bed was too soft, and we had to go downstairs for fresh towels and toilet paper. Room servicing only happened every other day, and the toilet paper provided was low-quality. Despite staying for four nights, we were charged the same daily rate as if we had stayed for only two. Given the minimal maintenance needed for our stay, we felt a daily service and vacuuming should have been provided.

Location was great close to everything malls, shops and food places in a cental location. Satff were amazing and very helpful, one of my children had a bleeding nose in thr night (i washed the duvet by hand to prevent staining) but this was not a issue and they were more conerned about my son then the bloodied duvet and cover very considerate and nothing was a problem. Friendly and accomadating. Was not charged extra for the duvet to be cleaned. Motel had washing facilities tand powder was supplied but paid $4 a load very convenient when you have children to be able to wash clothes.

The basic appearance of the motel when we first arrived belied the nice room we had. Our ground floor room was small but functional, clean and comfortable. Even though the bathroom was tiny - you couldn't stand at the basin without closing the door - it appeared recently renovated and was very clean. Our towels were changed daily. We had a pleasant stay, and I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

The rooms were well thought out and the accomodation seemed not very old (modern bathroom). Everything was very clean and warm. The staff was very welcoming. The room was surprisingly quiet even though we were right at a very busy street and the wifi worked great. We couldn't hear any of our neighbours even though the motel was booked out.

A reading light on the bedside table would be nice rather than only a ceiling light in the bedroom. The kitchen was missing some plates and cutlery but in the end it wasn't important to us since we used the bowls and if I had mentioned it to the staff I'm sure we would have received more immediately.

Staff were very good even returning a torch I had left in our room 10 days before. Lounge & kitchenette were good and very useful. Everyting was clean. We asked for a groundfloor room and the car was parked immediately ourside. Close enough to Woolies supermarket and the airport.

The bedroom and bathroom were tiny, but the bed was comfy.

Everything. As my travel and flight plans had unfortunately changed to do unforseen personal circumstances, I was looking for last-minute accommodation, and I've always stayed at 101 where available. And they had 1 room left!!! I snapped that up and they went over and above to make me feel relaxed, they are always up for a chat, genuinely always friendly, always have a smile and are an absolute pleasure to stay with. I can't thank you enough, grateful to you both... Approx 15min drive to airport brilliant location to everything... Thankyou once again Karla ☺️

The owner and staff were super friendly. Units were immaculate, beds were incredibly comfortable, and units were well stocked on arrival. The whole facility was very quiet, given the location. 7-minute drive to countdown and Westgate Mall. 5min walk to the warehouse. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while in Christchurch. Thank you

Not a big issue, but we experienced intermittent wifi during our 4 night stay.

The owner (I assume) was very welcoming, friendly as, no fuss and bonus upgrade due to the room selected no longer available but that was awesome...would have been happy either way.... Excellent location, nice quiet room, other than emergency vehicles amboz, fenz, police going past, it is a city, so it's to be expected. Comfy beds tidy rooms and amenities. Very happy and will be staying again next time in Christchurch due to "no fuss" booking, or access to rooms it's excellence on the street corner!!!! Thankyou so much.

pretty faultless to be honest..I mean seriously...

We loved how central and accessible the motel was. Parking was available. The kitchen was well equipped.

No lifts, only stairs, fortunately we were given ground floor room. Wifi connection was not exactly the best, my phone couldn’t connect with the wifi at night. They provided body soap and conditioning shampoo. Can hear car noises.
