Hotel staff were wonderful. They kindly waited for us to check in at 8pm and allowed us to check out late at 11am. Good size room, comfy bed, clean bathroom. Really appreciated having a table and chairs for eating. It’s surprising how many motels have suites with cooking facilities but don’t have a table to eat at. Good location, close to train, shopping mall, grocery store and a couple of restaurants.

The people in next room were very noisy. Fortunately, it was only in the morning and we were already awake.

Motel had permanent residents onsite,who had young children & adults bad language was unacceptable.Owners speak very little English & communication was difficult,although they were very pleasant & sorted any room issues out quickly.Shower very small with no Sky t.v(need to update that on picture)

I was upgraded from a studio to a 1 bedroom which was very nice since I stayed for 10 days to visit family living nearby. Location was very convenient, bed was firm and comfortable and rooms had everything I needed. Kitchenette worked well for me to prepare simple dinners.

I had a very pleasant stay at this motel. The room was clean, well-maintained, and came with everything I needed especially a comfortable pillow. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was also very convenient, close to airport and the mall. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great position - whilst on a main road, I was in a very quiet unit. Bus stop outside, close to a supermarket and speciality shops, and a short bus ride to the largest Westfield shopping centre in the South Island. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable and kitchen was very tidy. Car parking was provided. The location was excellent for our purpose as it was about 800 m only to UC so we walked to attend the Open Day. Close to the Westfield Mall too.

The bathroom and shower was designed for disabled person so half of the bathroom was wet after you shower. They provide bathmat though which is good to control the water splashes on the floor.

The motel staff made arrangement for us to pick up the keys even when we arrived only at 2am. The facility is in good condition and the receptionist was very friendly. As this was our first night in NZ for our holidays, it going smooth in all ways helped us to settle well fast.

The hotel was nice, and the bed was comfortable, overall clean, aside from the dirty pair of socks beside the bed left from previous guests. There was a concert happening nearby when we stayed and it was very loud. Overall, it was a good place to stop in before our flight.

Very clean, spacious, room looked newly refurbished, good water pressure in the shower, comfortable bed and pillows. Very handy having the kitchenette.

Not the properties fault, but we could hear music from somewhere in the neighbourhood which went on well into the night

It was easy to find, it was clean and tidy, the hospitality from staff members was wonderful, it had all the facilities that we needed and a couple of little extra touches.

I never like hauling my suitcases up a flight of stairs, but it is what it is
