The lady in reception who also cleans ALL the rooms, does the big bins, mows the huge lawn and undoubtedly many other jobs, is fabulous, friendly and made our 8 day stay wonderful. We have dogs and it was so good, big back lawn, they loved it. Comfy bed, lovely linen, great shower with good water pressure. The kitchenette had everything I needed including microwave.

Nothing to dislike

Staff, clean, comfortable, location, and double parking with room for a truck. Staff managed to get us an extra night (my mistake at booking), by moving someone else - with a truck, we were soooooo appreciative. Excellent Service. Room for 3 Adults with single bed, chair and settings. Not a Sofa bed like so many other motels, that may or may not supply 3 settings. Towels replaced daily !!!!!! Fast and reliable Wifi. Heater worked well, and had a timer. The Warehouse across road for any supplies needed, or next door for a night time tipple.

No air conditioner, and although has an excellent heater with multiple settings, it was hard to work quickly. Basic instructions would help. No extraction fan in bathroom - our window difficult to open for me (couldnt reach it). No back up hair/body wash for shower - probably would be replaced during towel replacement - but we used our own rather than get caught out. Tea and coffee only supplied (with sugar and milk), and as standard two drinks per day.

Great communication, friendly and helpful.. great Woolworths grocery store is directly across from the motel as well, easy to pop over .. on site washing machine and dryer for a gold coin - excellent.... easy driveway access..

We had our own breakfast, location for what we needed was good.

We did find for the three people in the unit, there was only one breakfast plate to use for our breakfast cereal, so we had to wash it each time so the next person could have their breakfast cereal

Always a high standard. Now locks on doors and new curtains in the room.

Gap between wall and curtain where the sun can get in. Maybe think about using Velcro to seal the gap.

We stay here on a reasonably regular basis p, but this time I was on my own. Staff are always friendly and the room is always very clean. We get the same room so it’s like coming home! A very comfortable place.

Good value for money and very close to where I needed to be. Staff member was very accommodating and friendly. I stayed during winter, and the heater was already on and the room was very warm when I checked in.

It's an old facility but it was comfortable enough and met my expectations for how much the accommodation cost.

Love the room lots of space same to the bathroom, bed are comfortable, we enjoy our stay especially free wifi and sky sports, we will make sure we will come again in the future.

Clean, tidy and staff were friendly and helpful. The fact we could bring our dogs made it better, we would come back any day.
