Friendly staff, well laid out rooms, clean, good beds and pillows, good value for money. We got upgraded to a larger room which was nice!

Shower was good but it was in the bath which might be a problem for someone with mobility issues. Not sure if all rooms are like that or just the larger ones, maybe check with reception if you have mobility issues. Curtains let a lot of light through, but I still slept fine, would be better if they were blockout. It’s a bit further away from the city centre than some other places, not far to drive but a bit of a walk, but if you just need basic supplies it’s not far from Riccarton mall.

Had to book last minute accommodation in Christchurch to attend an event. 315 was ideal location for us (on No 3 bus route from airport). We chose standard studio and altho just for the one night, we would be very happy to book again for a longer trip. Very comfy bed, lovely hot shower with good pressure. Little kitchette area and table plus 2 chairs in room. Quiet at night. Very friendly staff. Great value for money and absolutely suited our needs.

Ideal for our purpose. Very clean & comfortable & excellent value for the price we paid. Kitchen well equipped. Bathroom good & shower pressure & temperature excellent. Comfortable mattress. Staff all very pleasant & helpful. Will be booking again when in ChCh.

I always prefer a bed without a join in the middle, but understand that lots of motels use zipped beds so they can convert to 2 singles if necessary. It was still a very comfortable bed.

This hotel is in a great location, close to the city center, and very convenient for transportation. The rooms are clean and tidy, with complete facilities and comfortable beds. The staff are friendly and provide attentive service. Although there is no breakfast, there are plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I highly recommend staying here!

A handy location at the top end of Riccarton Road, great to travel around the city to other areas without getting caught in traffic, All amenities at your finger tips in your room, great kitchen facilities, King Bed with attached bathroom.

Parking is a bit tight in some location within the confines of the Motel, so some acre is required when backing out, to avoid other vehicles.

Smaller room but super clean and fresh. Shower was amazing! My host was lovely and really went the extra mile. She was happy for me to leave my car at the motel on my last day, so I didn't have to pay for parking at the university.

I don't like travelling on my own, but I felt safe. The room was smaller but still really comfortable.

I liked the king-size bed And the care and details ìn the presentation of the room.

Not something you can change but the outside light from the next door motel shone directly in my room all night. I thought I had accidently turned on an outside light until I figured it out. It didn't bother me too much but someone who is a light sleeper may find it hard.

The only thing that I would say to make it perfect, would be to offer more pillows as there were only pillows that were on beds and maybe instructions on how to switch water between shower and bath. But overall, it was good unit. Nice bed, not much road noise, only heard one emergency vehicle through night and it was a Saturday night. 👍

extremely pleased with the high quality of service and the cleanliness of the establishment. Close to petrol station, countdown, only like a 5min drive to the mall. Would definitely use again if ever in christchurch :)

Unfortunately no ground floor or wheelchair access for larger rooms No milk given which was unusual Late checkout wasn't recorded so staff were surprised we were not leaving at 10. Sorted amicably though with no drama.
