Friendly welcome to our two bedroom apartment. There was a main bedroom and bathroom upstairs and another bedroom with two beds downstairs and a small second bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble. They put an electric blanket on the bed for us for our second night. Comfortable chairs and beds. Plenty of space to move around. The downstairs area was warm. There was no heating upstairs. There was also a fully equipped kitchen. We could park outside our door.

With a few changes this could be a fantastic apartment. The curtains would not close properly and they let in light so the room was bright all night. New black out curtains would be great. The shower curtains were flimsy and dripped water on the floor and the basin in the downstairs bathroom would not drain. The apartment is located at the front on a busy road so traffic noise was fairly constant.

Great location. 5-minute walk to supermarket/restaurants and shopping centre. Room exceptionally clean and tidy with level access as this was the disabled unit. Covered parking right outside the door. Helpful staff. It was also very quiet at night, no road noise.

My husband uses a wheelchair and once inside the unit, space was very tight. Access to kitchen and bathroom was okay but placement of the small table and chairs (exceptionally heavy) meant congested access. I think many motels (not just this one) need to engage a disabled person to check the suitability of a design. You can't just put in a disabled bathroom and a wheelchair sticker on the door and call it a disabled unit. We had the twin bed option but I don't think this made much difference to the access space. This is meant as positive feedback, this motel is very nice and we would stay here again:):):):)

Great little room for solo traveller or couple. Location was good, buses, shops etc very close. Very clean. No electric blankets but not needed as heat pump in room was more than enough to warm the space. Nice kitchen space. Warm shower, good pressure. Quiet despite being on a main road. Would happily stay here again.

Had to keep bathroom door closed as there was an unpleasant smell through the drain. Not completely overpowering and not noticeable in the bed and living space as long as the door was closed.

Friendly staff, well laid out rooms, clean, good beds and pillows, good value for money. We got upgraded to a larger room which was nice!

Shower was good but it was in the bath which might be a problem for someone with mobility issues. Not sure if all rooms are like that or just the larger ones, maybe check with reception if you have mobility issues. Curtains let a lot of light through, but I still slept fine, would be better if they were blockout. It’s a bit further away from the city centre than some other places, not far to drive but a bit of a walk, but if you just need basic supplies it’s not far from Riccarton mall.

We were welcomed by Yan who could not have been more helpful and as not all rooms had been taken even offered us a choice of room. Very comfortable bed, great shower & fabulous choice of 50 sky channels. Very handy to Riccarton mall & nearby food outlets.

A couple of hooks in the bathroom for towels & the room a little larger, but on the flip side everything else was fabulous including the price for the location which was good value for money

I appreciated the location as it was very close to where I needed to head to the next day. The room was comfy, clean and cosy. The staff were very accommodating as I was arriving after midnight and they accommodated me the next day. Overall I really enjoyed mg stay.

Only thing was probably carrying my bags up the stairs as my room was upstairs but the next morning a kind staff lady helped to carry my bags down. I truly appreciated the help she provided to me

Had to book last minute accommodation in Christchurch to attend an event. 315 was ideal location for us (on No 3 bus route from airport). We chose standard studio and altho just for the one night, we would be very happy to book again for a longer trip. Very comfy bed, lovely hot shower with good pressure. Little kitchette area and table plus 2 chairs in room. Quiet at night. Very friendly staff. Great value for money and absolutely suited our needs.

Ideal for our purpose. Very clean & comfortable & excellent value for the price we paid. Kitchen well equipped. Bathroom good & shower pressure & temperature excellent. Comfortable mattress. Staff all very pleasant & helpful. Will be booking again when in ChCh.

I always prefer a bed without a join in the middle, but understand that lots of motels use zipped beds so they can convert to 2 singles if necessary. It was still a very comfortable bed.

Good room size for a family. Clean. Warm. Great shower. All 4 of us had one and were good pressure and warm.

There are no extra pillows in the room, only one on bed and a decorative couch cushion. There are only 4 packets of coffee in room, husband is a 2 packet man, so this limited him 🤣 (We checked in and then returned to the room again after reception closed, so we couldn't ask for extras)

This hotel is in a great location, close to the city center, and very convenient for transportation. The rooms are clean and tidy, with complete facilities and comfortable beds. The staff are friendly and provide attentive service. Although there is no breakfast, there are plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I highly recommend staying here!
