Service was top notch, attendants were lovely, room was clean, prepared and warmed for our arrival during a very cold weather event, animal friendly is huge! Onsite washer/dryer reasonably priced, good range of services on TV, spacious apartments, had range of cooking utensils Very nice stay which we were lucky to rebook for another night without issue, question or room movement, we were left in peace to relax, recoup and get organised, exactly what we, kids and pets needed. will definitely stay again.

Toilet had about 80% the flush it should have. Always functionality before conservation and economics.

Amazing friendly, informative customer service, including a phone call upon booking to confirm check in and provide instructions. Very accommodating of our dog. Seamlessly accommodated a late check-in and check-out. Very clean and tidy, though older facilities (i.e. bathroom) showing wear and tear, but as expected for the age/price. Perfect for our needs. Unit had a table to work on and good wifi available. Would definitely stay here again in future when looking for somewhere for work and travelling with my dog.

Parking area was limited, we had to park offsite around the corner, but it was only a short walk. Facilities are showing their age, with wear and tear. More so the bathroom. Still very clean and tidy despite this.

Great location ,easy access to city centre and local shopping mall. Welcoming staff and put us in a pet free from as requested. Clean and well equipped.

Unfortunately, what looked like a permanent resident in the unit above us, smoked something with a very ungent smell which was not pleasant when we opened our window or door. also Their dog barked at 2 am for 2 hours. On our second morning, which, luckily, we had to be up and leave early, the staff were cleaning outside our room at 7.30 am with a noisy machine. Which would not have been good if we' had not needed to be up early.

The couch. Really uncomfortable. Saw at least 3 cockroaches on the kitchen bench space. Ranchslider didn’t have a stopper and I jammed finger in door upon opening from the outside. Rained heavily on leaving accommodation and loading suitcases etc in car; standing in a large pool of water that had nowhere to drain away.

We came to Christchurch from Sri Lanka and stayed at Bush Inn Court Motel. Everything were exceptional and staff were super friendly. There was good space in our room to accommodate three of us (my spouse and child) and had almost everything we needed at the room. Location is very convenient as there is a metro bus stop right in front of the motel so if you plan to travel the city by bus, it is a big plus. Highly recommend.

Secure well stocked & has all newer electronics jug & toaster brand new! The room is of course a little older so just blemishes you'd expect the owner made me feel l safe the locks are top notch with chain also. Beautiful bathrooms & kitchens.

Found many problems.trying to get my basics from the local Supermarket WW shut when I thought they would be open 24 hrs like before busses have a cut down service all of a sudden too I missed mine twice!

Very accommodating, staff are some of the nicest people i've dealt with. The rooms are pretty standard but for the price definitely cannot complain. Location is pretty mint

Parking can be tight. In the room we had the bathroom was through the room which isn't fun with a little one

Great location and close to airport. 6 min stroll to bush inn shopping centre. Nice and quiet at night. Room was big and heat pump was great to warm up room. Overall better than we were expecting.

No kitchen sink in the kitchenette. Apart from microwave there were no cooking facilities. Middle of winter and there were no spare blankets.

1. The hot and cold water taps in the basin were separate, making it difficult to obtain warm water. Both taps should be combined into a single unit that allows the user to control the water temperature. 2. The drainage system was improper, and the premises were flooded with rainwater.

Lovely and clean fresh looking and we felt very welcomed. Lovely wee motel and value for money, loved how pets were welcome. Park outside unit had good sleep as quiet and beds wer comfy, good supply of pillows. The smart TV was FANTASTIC!!! Well done.

Shower wasnt a good flow, but did the job ok.
