The reception manager is the most Helpful wise person you will ever meet. Being a kiwi my self I was treated with Much respect and he comes from Fiji. He told me his warm journey of moving To new Zealand. He's a kiwi him self. It makes me happy to see positive People coming to new Zealand. And making the most of it makes Me proud. the house keepers are Helpful and friendly well recommend. I'll be back soon 👍

Location would normally be great but unfortunately works blocking Riccarton road entrance to the street. Not the hotels fault though. Pleasant enough rooms though in need of renovation. Were fine for our requirements so no complaints.

I did find it unusual that the only staff I saw in the office was a young boy ( early teens?).. He clearly knew the job though and was very pleasant.

Nice location, lots of road works going on around the property not the owners fault. Clean towels every day. Fridge microwave kettle toaster etc. Easy to walk to the city through Hagley Park plus on a good bus route. So cheap to use the Metro Buses. Plenty of restaurants about but not a huge deal of choice.

Staff were very helpful and flexible as I extended my stay by a couple of nights and was able to stay in the same room. Room was quiet and on the ground floor which was accommodated at short notice. Location was excellent!

Couple of small things like lights and phone not working in my room.

The bathroom is badly installed. The tv cabinet is horribly swollen No air conditioning No met curtains for privacy during the day Toilet paper is real cheap thin product The bed base is fallen on the floor Ceiling plaster work above bath is bad

Non existent breakfast. So no worries. Lighting was good. You have an excellent facility there and when you have done it up you will have a very nice place.

All was good-obviously looking tired, but that will be rectified

Loved the location , Loved how spacious room was .. even though it was for a stop in to rest up for heading home , it was super nice ! It was super Close to restaurants and gas station .. would highly recommend and we would book again of ever traveling to christchurch again .

Didn't know there was breakfast or any other meals on the premises nothing was told to me which I needed as had to walk to find somewhere to eat also didn't know what to do with the key so on day I left went down and saw the drop box

The location was excellent and allowed us to travel easily throughout Christchurch city. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the bed was great to sleep in.

There was a lot of condensation so perhaps more ventilation? The bathroom was good but looked like it might need some TLC.

Clean room; clean sheets and toiletries; easy to talk to staff and great parking!!

Noise !!!! There was a concert nearby and it was too noisy!!!
