We had a 1 bedroom unit and it was larger than I anticipated. The location was good near the park and walkable to Riccarton for food shopping, places to eat and the mall. We took the 130 bus back and it stopped right outside the motel. Place was clean and the staff helpful.

No outside seating. Despite having a kitchen we only had an electric frypan and a microwave it would have been handy to have a two burner stove top. Also would have been good to have more than two each of the cutlery and crockery.

I slept really well in my bed, and I normally have difficulty getting to sleep in beds that aren't my own. The location was excellent; just around the corner from Riccarton Road, just across the road from Hadley Park, and just a couple minutes drive to Christchurch City Centre, VERY convenient! They have laundry facilities too, available between 7:30am and 9pm. Shower pressure was excellent, and there was plenty of towels, The free Wi-Fi was excellent, and the price of the stay was good value.

The view was nothing to write home about, just the parking lot and other buildings of the hotel, although to be fair I was ground floor. Nothing really else I can think of to criticize about my stay.

Nice and tidy, and clean. Great showers, it was warm when we arrived on a cold day - heat pump was on. We had rooms 105 and 106. I did like the internal access between the two rooms and you cold close that off at night.

Room 105 didn't have a sink and the kitchen area nor a microwave. Room 106 the bed was lumpy and different heights between the left and right side. There was no stove to cook but I could have overlooked when requesting the rooms. I would stay here again

Cleanliness of the room, staff, value for money, water pressure in the shower and location were all superb. Really quiet too.

This is the second time staying and we were given Room 212 (I think it was). The room directly at the top of the stairs. Outside this room for all guests is lighting for the stairs. Light that gets into the room in and around the black out curtains - a lot. First world problems I know and I hesitate mentioning it, but I hope this is seen as constructive criticism when I also provide a solution of maybe as a thoughtful gesture, this property could allocate eye masks to guests staying in this room.

The room was very neat and spacious , lt had everything l needed. Can’t believe l actually got an electric blanket as it was very cold. l loved every bit of my stay. The location was very convenient to get to where l needed to get everyday. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times.

Nothing , l loved everything that came with my room

All staff were absolutely amazing and so helpful. A "Do Not Disturb" sign for the door would've been good.

The parking situation was suboptimal. Two nights in a row they were parking spaces that were inaccessible due to idiots parking very large vehicles across two spaces, and a motorbike taking an entire car space. WTF? The ability to park a hire car off the street was one of the reasons I selected Towers on the Park. This made things very difficult I'm going to have to reconsider whether I would book again because of this.

Very close to the main park and botanic gardens: excellent for jogging in the park , and very easy access to and from airport (only 7km of staright road).

No micro wave in the room; on the booking.com reservation the microwave was mentioned, but before our arrival we got a message saying "upgrade your room for 20 NZ$, stating that a microvwave would be added! Very confusing....we managed by using the kettle......

We were offered an upgrade to Studio with view over Hayley Park by very friendly staff. Lovely big living room, separate bedroom and bathroom plus kitchenette which was adequately equipped. Perfect location opposite Hagley park and 10 minute stroll to Westfield Mall. Thank you very much. Will book again.

Nothing except such a great room should have an extra large king bed and not just a double.

The rooms where spacious and clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay!

When I booked my room on booking all the images of the rooms are pretty much the image of the executive room (I didn’t know this until I checked after) but that’s not the actual room you are booking or will get upon arrival - they really need to sort this as I turned up thinking I’d booked a nice big room but in fact it was a smaller one. Kinda like false advertising. I did mention this to the guy at reception and he very kindly gave me the room I thought I had booked based on the images. Really appreciative of this. He was aware of this as said it shall be changed.

Right on the park but still nice and quiet. The spacious room had a comfortable bed and a tv, although nowhere to sit comfortably.

My toilet window security latch was sitting on the windowsill so I couldn't securely have the window open. There was no shampoo or conditioner and the liquid soap smelled cheap. With a tiny bit more effort this would have been an easy upgrade to top marks.
