A very well.equipped Motel room on the edge of Christchurch, within easy walking distance of Hagley Park, and Christchurch Hospital, surrounded by the many restaurants and takeaways of Riccarton. There are even menus in the room for the local restaurants. My room was equipped with an iron, ironing board etc, and there are laundry facilities on site for those who are travelling. Tea, coffee and sugar are provided and a minimal amount of milk. The staff were extremely friendly and polite. If you are looking for a good, basic place to stay, I would highly recommend!

The bathrooms are a little dated, but this was the only (slight) minor gripe.

Everything went well but room never serviced over the 4 day stay

Cold heater wasnt big enough to warm room quickly, and shower gels were not filled up and still had hair in shower from previous stayers

The property is a walking distance to many good restaurants in Riccarton. Ample parking space. Friendly staffs.

Carpeting is dated. Pillows need an upgrade.

Good location close to lots of food options & Westfield mall. Room was sunny & bright. Comfy bed. Nice new looking bathroom. Good kitchen facilities. Friendly staff.

Not sure if the room had been properly serviced before we arrived as there was food left in the fridge from the last people staying & clothes in the wardrobe. The toilet paper hadn’t been restocked, only had a 1/4 roll so had to go ask for some. Other than that we enjoyed our stay & would definitely stay again.

Super clean and comfortable. Close to amenities and within walking distance to Westfield. Excellent service by the management. We saved money on meals because the room includes a microwave and stovetop. A spacious room, bigger than most of the motels around, makes it a very good value.

Not much, really. Because it's near a major road, if you forgot to close the window, you can hear the outside noise.

The location was great. A short walk to the mall or in the opposite direction, the park. Handy to the bus stop. Bed was comfy, sheets had that crisp inviting feeling & room spacious. I was able to park my car there an hour before check in time & I was able to leave it there after check out while I had breakfast at a cafe. I checked with the owners if this was ok of course

The shower pressure wasn't the best I've experienced but that wouldn't stop me from staying there again as everything else was perfectly fine.

Host was very lovely , interrupting her lunch break so we could check in a little early . Great location, lots of eating places . Was comfortable and affordable.

Only little thing was there was 3 of us staying and each day only two towels provided . If it was a big issue I would have just asked for another .

Very friendly staff, was a quieter motel as the room I stayed in did not join the neighbouring rooms, there was an emergency stairwell between each bedroom, conveniently located in walking distance top mall and restaurants

The railway line was a couple of doors down but once I got used to it wasn't a problem

Everything was exactly as per the pictures. The room was clean and we had daily cleaning services. Staff were also great. Even though we arrived past reception closing time having failed to notify them about this, we had very clear check in instructions left for us. Overall, good value for money.
