Very comfortable beds in both of the rooms we booked. Lovely staff - she was very nice to us. It's a Motel (one of many along this road) - but amazing value for money. Very comfortable stay. We were the first room upstairs (room 10) so closest to the street and I really didn't notice much road noise. Windows face away from the road. Slept well.

Initial strong cleaning smell in one of the two rooms we booked - new carpet smell I believe. We actually asked to switch that room and they were very accommodating. At least they are replacing carpets so that's a good sign too. :)

Great cozy little place for your stay in Christchurch. Good value for money and is ideal even for a small family looking to spend a few nights in a nice place. Sufficient facilities in the room and heaps of restaurants to choose from as soon as you step outside! Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for an affordable comfortable place for your next stay

Rooms are slightly small but still can't complain as we were only there to spend a few hours sleeping and then head out on our journey.

Ease of check in, Very well presented, excellent wifi, split a/c, comfy bed, table setting, mini kitchen, a small shower in a separate room with the vanity n toilet, windows and a private outdoor setting if weather is perfect, laundry available on site at certain times for a fee. A couple mins walk to Metro bus stop, beats driving into city; a short walk to many cafes, restaurants. Thanks Sukh for looking after us.

Clean , tidy and the staff never bothered us about anything we did (which wasn't very much). They were understanding and on time with things that we needed. Fun and active energy , lovely hospitality definitely recommended.

Staying for a long time, there was no sharp utencles (Knives , scissors ect) so opening food packets were a little tricky. There also wasn't any regular cooking utensils (tongs , spatula ect) so cooking with spoons and forks were a little tricky but didn't ruin any of our enjoyment!

This was one of the cheaper accomodation options in Christchurch, the room was spacious, well equipped, comfortable and in a convenient location. I would stay again.

Cleanliness needs improving, please wipe the blinds, the walls around the toilet and get into the corners of the bathroom floor. Bathroom is dated - all of this was somewhat expected from photos/price/motel status. I would still stay again.

Very friendly staff, helpful, thoughtful and kind young Indian lady looking after the Motel. They offered room service every day, comfy bed, cosy room, every utensil there to prepare food but also great restaurants and take away options close by. Easy early check out, lots of parking option in the yard - great value for money, I would definitely recommend! We will be back, thank you!

It was all great and freshly renovated throughout!

This place is undergoing a transformation from a Cancer Society accommodation to commercial motel. The management team, Tai and Greta, offer a very warm and friendly welcome, and are very accommodating. The rooms have all the standard needs covered and the new owners are taking the opportunity to lift the bar. Great value for money, excellent location. I had a great stay here and will definitely go back.

Good location close to Riccarton mall and shops, friendly staff, clean, comfortable bed and pillows (good selection of pillows to choose from).

The small 'couch' was very uncomfortable. The lounge needs a couple of comfortable couches if guests want to watch the TV.

The room was wonderful, spacious, and clean. The kitchen had everything I needed, and I had no issues with the bathroom. The location itself was really good. It was a short walk to the Botanical Gardens and into Christchurch. The staff were so accommodating. I didn't realise I had booked a room without an aircon and the staff were kind enough to supply me with a big fan.

The location was great, close to the city centre and closer to the botanical gardens and park. Also a Westfield Shopping Centre at walking distance and lots of street take always and a couple of restaurants. Towels were changed every day and rubbish removed. Staff very friendly. Would come back anytime!

It was a great stay ,no complaints.
