Our stay was comfortable and location was good. Only drawback was not having an early morning shuttle available to get us to the airport.

Lack of early morning shuttle.

We stayed at this property 2 times during our NZ adventure. Both rooms were quiet, comfortable and clean. We were picked up at the airport by the hotel, then later taken to the rental car place. This hotel is located near the airport but in a Quiet neighborly part of town. We stayed in unit #22 + #23 - which had a lovely kitchenette, updated lovely bath, comfortable King Bed and a private exterior courtyard. Bonus!!! Next door (walk to) is a good restaurant/bar located inside a hotel. THIS place is my hotel of choice in Christchurch!

All was excellent - however a dish towel in the kitchen would be helpful.

Well appointed for a comfortable stay. Cleaners were very good. Guy at reception a bit unnoying, but didn't detract from our wonderful stay

Guy at reception in next door Hotel was a bit annoying. Talked too much about how we booked and who through. Telling us to book through the hotel next time. Then when my Husband wanted to defog the windows of the car in the morning with the hose, the guy said he couldn't and took the hose away! Wally!

There isn't anything I can fault with Airport Christchurch Motel at all! The staff were awesome and friendly. It's exceptionally clean, and very comfortable and homely. Doesn't really feel like a motel at all. The location is perfect! especially for me as I flew to Christchurch airport and it's only 2 mins away from the airport, and they offer a free shuttle to and from the airport whenever you arrive or depart. And even though it's close to the airport you don't hear any planes or anything, it's nice and quiet. Would definitely be coming back if I ever needed place to stay in Christchurch. I would recommend it to anyone! Awesome place to stay! Thank you Airport Christchurch Motel.

Nothing what so ever. There isn't anything too not like. Can't even nip pick at anything. Recommend it to anyone! Definitely 5 stars from me!

Lovely rooms. Had to change from upstairs to a room downstairs due to mobility issues. Was a problem with doing this however in future I would ring the Motel direct to do this if I had known we were in an upstairs room. Be good to know when booking if you have mobility issues through this website what type of room you are in or if you are upstairs. Pleasant staff sorted this for us. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend.

Room was very clean and tidy. Had cooking facilities which we like to cook our own food save budget

Only downside was our room the bed,on one side of the mattress was a big dent on the side so I was nearly falling out of bed. I hope they get a new mattress cause will definitely stay there again and in the same room which had a private outdoor table n chair n high fence hide away from street view.

The main room was big and comfy, had a well equipped kitchen, and a very comfy bed. I was disappointed the tv wasn’t working properly, I couldn’t change the channels. When the owner came to look at it, he pretty much accused me of touching the wrong buttons. He soon discovered a previous tenant had ripped out some wires from the back. I got no apology or even a small refund.

The Customer service

Last minute booking, plane 1 hr late, result Jucy RV motor home office closed. This accom offers free shuttle pick up and drop off from airport, we were collected 5 mins after phoning. Even gave us a ride to collect Motor home the next day, saving taxi fees.

Absolutely nothing, Restraunt next door, offers fabulous meals, I recommend the catch of the day fresh fish, you won’t be disappointed

Lovely spacious unit with plenty of kitchen equipment. Very good location, close to airport and also main roads into the city centre.

When I contacted the property prior to arrival they had no record of the booking but this was easily fixed. However it would have been a different situation if I had not contacted them as we would have arrived to find we had no booking.

What was great was the location - it was a simple drive to get back to the airport early in the morning. The room was very clean and nicely set up. The bathroom was spacious, easy to use. Overall, value for money, and convenient.

One thing which was slightly dangerous was the slippery floor in the bathroom after it was wet - must have been the kind of cleaner used on the floor.
