What i did like is......The cleanliness. The layout. The heaters. The electric blankets. The variety of bed choices. The location. The artwork in the park. The quirky park features. The friendly staff. This is my 5th time staying in Dunedin holiday park, and I keep returning for all the above reasons. I see no reason not to highly recommend this place to all kinds of travellers. Its perfectly configured for all budgets and accommodation requirements.

If I dig deep to try to find something... maybe the beds were a tiny bit soft for me, but still very comfortable.

Great value for money. We needed somewhere that would accommodate the family. 2 of us were staying 2 nights and another 2 arriving for the third night. We booked a family unit. They were accommodating and it was only $50 extra for the other 2 for the third night.

The walls were so thin that we could hear the baby crying throughout the night but hey babies cry so it wasn't a biggie but if you can't sleep through noise it could be an issue for some.

It's a beautiful location. The standard cabin was warm and comfortable, and it was nice and close to the showers which were great.

We didn't realise there would be no pots, dishes or cutlery for our use in the kitchen, so that was a problem on the first day, until we were able to borrow some from friends in the city the following day.

Both the women we encountered at the front desk were super helpful. They were happy for us to charge our EV. The shared bathroom was kept nice and clean. The location was perfect because we were in Dunedin for an Ice Hockey tournament which was just a few hundred meters up the road.

The heater in our cabin was very all-or-nothing. It got the room hot in minutes, then if we turned it off we were cold again within minutes.

All nice and clean, comfy beds with electric blanket (on the double bed at least). Good parking areas near the units.

the furniture in the bedroom I stayed in was a bit "cheap", i.e. seemed easy to fall apart under heavier luggage. The kitchen well equipped but very small. The fire alarm flashing above kept me up at night, had to wear eye mask.

Excellent upkeep. The renovations are looking great. Loved the murals and artwork throughout the camp. My children loved reading the walls at the kitchen/shower block. Upon arrival, was made very hungry by what the managers were cooking.... not fair!! haha.

My wife and daughter had to use the old shower and toilet block, as the other one was being renovated. This in itself wasn't an issue, but the toilet cubicles were extremely short with the door almost touching the toilet bowl. Had to straddle the bowl to close the door. In the cabin the mattresses could have been more comfy. Bonnell spring mattress on the double was horrible. These should change to pocket spring for more comfort.

I loved that there was a playground close by for the kids to play at, I loved that there was a shop close by to purchase little essentials and fish and chips, I loved that there was a key pad for the woman's toilet helped me feel a little safer

The heater in the room kept switching off so guessing it was on a timer it got a wee bit cold at night when the heater switched off.

We were only in town for a very quick visit. We needed somewhere inexpensive to stay at very short notice, this was perfect. It has all of the facilities we needed, great price, a warm comfortable bed, internet, bathroom, kitchen, friendly hosts.

The cabin was compact, but have nice bed and heater in it. The shower pressure is amazing. Very quiet during the night. Enjoyed our stay

Some kitchen appliances not working. Probably need to check it with maintenance. But not affecting our holiday experiences

Good location close to the beach, comfy beds, they were really kind people even made sure that all of our rooms were next to each other

The beds weren’t made which was a little upsetting considering how much we paid, we got told over the phone that bedding and towels were included in our room….. couldn’t shower cause there was no towels and we didn’t bring any
