Location great & easy access with plenty of parking. Apt was clean & tidy throughout (including all appliances). Cooking facilities were excellent even though we didn’t need to use them. Room was warm & had wall heater which did a good job as well as electric blanket on the bed (not needed this time). The shower was roomy & water pressure good. Free wifi had good connectivity. Will defo be using again when we visit.

Friendly, welcoming and helpful hosts. Lovely quiet motel. Nice deck on apartment with 2 lovely sliding doors to open in the warm weather. Nice bathroom and kitchen.

A small 2 seater couch in the living/kitchen area of 2 bedroom apartment would have been preferable to the 2 chairs and side table that was provided. The bed in the 2nd (back bedroom) needs stoppers to prevent bed moving around.

Modernized clean units with good kitchenette including oven and induction stove top; strong water pressured shower; good bed options; plenty clothes hooks on walls in bedrooms and bathroom. In a quiet location with easy car parking. Good value. Our 2 bedroom apartment had a nice north facing porch. Great location to explore the recently finished Otago Cycle Loop on cycle, or peaceful ocean side runs:)

Good convenient location to the sights we wanted to see. The room we stayed in was comfortable and warm. The owner was lovely and we were able to use the laundry facilities 👍🏻👍🏻 Great little takeaway not far down the road as well:-)

Close to where we were visiting and very quiet and neat. Lovely staff, very helpful and kind.

Would be nice to have an information folder available for tenants. Something like house rules and what and what not. Where to shop and best place to dine out, place to visit, etc.

Liked the beds, the very good heater for a cold night, Good kitchen facilities for cooking our breakfast. Good key drop off system

No Sky TV to watch the Saturday rugby games, Had to climb stairs, which is difficult for my husband, but I wanted two units beside each other, and this was the only option. No instructions on how to operate the TV. One unit key hard to operate

Clean, quiet space, comfy beds, Would have liked a bit more space in living area - no couch to sit on, ended up sitting in bedroom to relax and watch tv as just table and chairs in kitchen area. Other than that it was good.

Good location with easy access to the city centre, beaches and peninsula. Staff were lovely and very helpful with recommendations for things to do and places to eat.

When we came back from our dinner, the room stunk of cigarette smoke, like someone had been smoking in it. I spoke to the lady at reception the next morning about it, querying if someone had been inside, which she assured me no one had. We had seen the person in the room next door smoking outside twice before however so she thought that maybe the smoke had gone into our room through the seals around the doors. I'm not sure how that could happen.

Quiet and comfortable. Very clean.

Booking.com had these premise listed as having a hot tub which is why I booked so after long days of training my daughter could have a soak. NO hot tub or bath.
