Staff reception were friendly and accommodating, and gave us a room on the ground floor for my mom who had mobility issues. Room and bathroom were clean and tidy. Bed was comfy. Would definitely stay again!

The outside of the hotel looks rather sad and tired and in desperate need of a spruce up or paint job (nothing like in their brochure). The parking area was potholed and flooded when raining, so you would get your shoes wet. The freezer part inside the small fridge in our room was thickly iced up. The TV channels were limited, so could perhaps invest in Smart TV's with Apps for watching Netflix or Amazon. The shower was inside the bath with a curtain, so a bit outdated and dangerous for older people with mobility issues like my mum. We had to place a pillow across the bottom of our door as the passage light would luminate the inside of our room at night.

The bed was very comfortable and the room clean so couldn't fault that at all. Quiet location just out of Queenstown.

The dated Hotel needs a makeover, first impressions were not that good at reception, carpet very worn with lumps. Welcome was good though. The carpark was very uneaven with big holes which were hazardous at night. These would be full of water on rainy day. If carpark was upgraded I think angle parking in front of the room would be good so people aren't looking directly into your room when pulling up or leaving.

Location out of the main Queenstown central precinct, which was blessing as there are so many roadworks being undertaken in the are currently. Location was handy to find, and the room spacious, with a giant king size bed, the room was of the standard type found in most hotels currently.

The room was heated, a little too much to my liking, it took some time to cool down, Dining facilities were manned by a single person unfortunately a bit stretched on the day of my visit, making my dining experience a little under whelming.

We had an amazing stay together with our dog, which is a bonus for pet owners. The room is very spacious. It has everything you need for a basic stay - comfy bed, heating, TV, small fridge, tea/coffee, cups, toiletries, hot shower etc... The location is great as we don't want to stay in the town centre because of congestion. Few minutes drive to Queenstown town centre and Arrowtown. Very close to bus stops if you prefer to take the bus to town. Nearby and on site restaurants and tavern. Ample parking spaces. The receptionists are very friendly. Good value for money.

Probably the parking needs paving as it can get muddy when it rains.

Perfectly situated for Coronet peak. One minute drive to the turn off. Straight across the road to Rakau for pizza or Gantleys tavern for some atmosphere. A hop and skip to Canyon brewery and onwards to Queenstown with no traffic. Breakfast was so so, but did the job. Little dated and could do with a freshen up. Otherwise great spot, easy in and out and price was good. Recommend.

It is out of town so if you like to drink and party, Uber is on the cards for you.

We arrived on 12th April in the evening and we were welcomed by a very lovely lady at the reception desk. Had a good stay! They had a big spread of breakfast buffet for a very reasonable price. Staff was very friendly. Definitely value for money. Would definitely go back to them on my next visit to Queenstown :)

Our beds were comfortable and the staff were excellent. However it took awhile to appreciate the place as our first impression was disappointing. It doesn’t feel like a particularly nice hotel with a bowling alley connected to the reception area. The hotel would benefit if the entrance to the alley could be moved so that it’s not the first thing you see. Carpet needs replacing in the downstairs corridor

The staff were very happy to help us and nothing was any trouble. The room was larger than normal hotel/motel and very comfortable. The food was still very nice in their temporary restaurant (the main restaurant was being renovated).

Would suggest a desk and chair to be able to set up a laptop or writing notes in the room. The unpaved car parking needs to be graded as there were many pot holes and water filled depressions which you couldn’t park.

The restaurant food is amazing. Thai curry and yakisoba is our favourite. The staff is accommodating and friendly. Had experience the bowling as a freebie.

Aside from waiting a little bit for check in time, we arrived 2pm but the room was not ready yet, the staff gave a bowling ticket for free (for 3) as a complementary. The rest was amazing

The staffmembers are all verry kind and helpfull. They do everything to make your stay as pleasant and comfortabele as possible. Inside is a bowling club. The hotel is only 6 km from the centre of Queenstown. A bus stops in front of the hotel and brings you to Queenstown. This is verry convenient. The room has all you need and is verry clean.

There is nothing that could be better.
