The location and the view were amazing. The kitchenette with the fridge was good. The bathroom was updated. Parking on-site was very convenient. We loved the location and stay mostly. Although we would book again the below does need to be addressed.

The bed quilt was stained, pot lids were mouldy and need to be replaced. The Teflon on the pan was flakey and falling off - all cookware needs to be replaced. The outside rainwater overflow pipe was broken at the bottom.

The view is extraordinary. I watched the color change on the mountains every night at sunset and was awed. The location is good for walking into town. Although the hill is fairly steep on the way back to the hotel, there is bus. The apartment is spacious and well equipped with dishes, utensils, cooking equipment includes microwave, toaster, etc. All 3 receptionists are cheerful and helpful. They supply maps and directions. The breakfast is very nice with a fair number of options.

Although the place looked clean, the cleaning team came only every few days and didn't seem to do much. The bed got made only twice during the week I was there. The kitchen sink had a continuous pool of unreleased water at the bottom. The dark rugs attracted light particles of various kinds which were not vacuumed. And the dryer was broken. None of this mattered when I opened balcony doors to let in the breeze and watch the colors change on the water and mountains.

Great spot, great views, the place was always warm! We loved our stay! We got the two bedroom apartment and it was very updated, clean and comfortable.

For some reason, booking.com doesn’t process on their system properly and they can’t actually see if you’ve paid already. They eventually found it but then did it to my brothers room. It was all sorted but they definitely need to figure out why the system is lacking information transfer.

We had a 2-bedroom apartment plus studio by the road. Studio was spacious, lovely comfy king size bed and adequate kitchenette to make toast, heat food in the microwave and make hot drinks. The 2-bedroom apartment was roomy, 2 levels with parents king size bed & ensuite upstairs with TV while the other bedroom was downstairs with another bathroom plus laundry. The full kitchen/living room was adequate with another TV.

Nice location. Within easy walking distance of downtown. Having a kitchen and washer/dryer was very convenient. Soaps, coffee, and tea were all available and replenished regularly. Two courtyard areas for sitting outside was pleasant.

Housekeeping was slightly lacking. We had to ask for more toilet tissue as it was not replenished. But the bed was made each day and trash emptied. Overall, it was fine.

Our unit had a great view from the private balcony. Beautiful bathroom that appeared new. Kitchen also very nice. We loved having the clothes washer and dryer. Parking was conveniently located below our unit. Well Located with a 15-20min walk into the main town area. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Lots of steps to our unit on the upper level and the area was quite steep in general. The bedroom was a bit warm and stuffy at night and the air con from the living room didn’t really get into the room very well.

Very comfortable suite with all amenities. The view from the balcony was great. The location is really convenient. Close enough to walk into Queenstown but far enough to escape the hustle and bustle. Really convenient to hit the road for day trips in both directions. Staff were really friendly.

The continental breakfast is just that. If you are staying in the suite, you may enjoy picking up great bread from one of the bakeries in town the night before and having breakfast in your room.

Good location, quiet apartment despite being on a main road.

Wasn’t sure of when the daily room clean was and ended up for a few days without fresh towels or a change of linen. Had the make up room sign on our door a number of days but that didn’t help, not sure if the cleaners just forgot to look at our apartment since it was right at the back, downstairs. One day we also had a tradie walk into the room unannounced to do some fire alarm check and said the room was listed as vacant.

The room was large and comfortable. A heater kept the temperature warm on a night that the outside temperature dropped below freezing.

The parking arrangement was poor. When we arrived in the afternoon there was one parking space left. Unfortunately, it was not close to the room and involved an outside walk with several flights of steps which made carrying suitcases etc difficult. We went out for an early dinner and returned after dark. By this time all the parking spots were taken and we were forced to park in the driveway rather than a marked car spot. We felt this was very poor and it concerned us all night. We deliberately left the accommodation early so we could get our car out of the way (we appeared to be the first to leave) even though our departure flight from Queenstown was late afternoon.

Very well designed apartment within walking distance of town centre. Excellent view of the surrounding mountains. The apartment was very quiet and well-supplied, with housekeeping replenishing tea, coffee, laundry and dishwasher detergents every day. Very friendly staff.

The only improvement would be to increase cups, glasses etc. There were three of everything so a lot of running a nearly-empty dishwasher.
