overall plenty of room in this studio type apartment with a good queen sized bed, proper sofa and armchair as well. Also has a washing machine which is useful. A short walk into the middle of Queenstown and to the Gardens as well. The downstairs units get a taste of the amazing view but upstairs would be more spectacular. Plus has bonus of an outdoor space to sit with chairs and a small table.

a few small niggles only. The shower pressure was a bit light on. Self caterers might find the single induction plate a challenge for cooking and there was no can opener amongst the utensils.

These apartments are in a brilliant location. The heart of Queenstown is a short walk away and you get a parking space (which are hard to come by in Queenstown), but you are far enough away from the town that it is quiet. There is a washing machine in the bathroom, which we found super-handy.

The apartments are a little tired and could do with a bit of investment. And, while some of the apartments do have a "Wakatipu View", some of them do not so do not expect to be sitting looking at the lake in the evening.

Nice quiet place, plenty spacious for two people. The washer and balcony were nice bonuses. I would definitely stay here again. Super good location too, easy enough access walking to downtown, and a designated parking spot.

Our only issue with this place was the check-in. We booked last minute and received immediate confirmation, but our unit number was not listed anywhere in our documentation, so we couldn't access our unit. We tried the phone number we were provided and also tried messaging, to no avail. We eventually asked for help from someone staying there, and she gave us a different number that wasn't provided anywhere, and we called it and that person told us our unit number. Other than this miscommunication issue, everything else really was fine.

We received instructions by email to access apartment using key code, only to discover a person's bag inside! No concierge which wasn't evident on booking, but makes economic sense. After a P/c, it was realized I was given access to the wrong unit. Felt relief that I still had a booking at that late stage of the day. Great location, parking onsite bit of a squeeze for big vehicles. Didn't use kitchen but well appointed with utensils etc. My single bed had broken castor, and tipped when I moved until we propped it up with cushions, which caused much merriment!

The room was warm and cosy the entire stay - even when it was -2 degrees outside. It was also a great location/very convenient being close to central Queenstown shops and restaurants, and one car park was provided. The room was clean and basic kitchen equipment was provided.

I was staying in Unit 8 and could hear very loudly and clearly every time someone in the unit directly above walked anywhere in their room. This was particularly bad in the morning and night when trying to sleep as it was extremely loud. The shower pressure is poor. Don't try and wash your hair! It would have been great if some oil was provided for the cooktop (salt and pepper were provided). Because of these downsides I think that it was a little over priced and didn't quite meet my expectations.

I liked the convenience of the property as well as the dedicated parking spot. All the electronics worked fine and the host was very welcoming and gave clear instructions. I didn’t use the washing machine but it was handy for them to provide one in the unit.

I would’ve appreciated higher water pressure in the shower as it was quite low and hard to get used to. The toilet paper was also on the thinner side, for the price we paid that was a bit disappointing.

We loved the location - a very easy walk to town, and having a parking space available was very helpful! The unit had suitable kitchen facilities and the electric blankets in the bed were a welcome addition!

The heater fan in the bathroom didn't seem to be giving off any heat, so was very cold, and the heater in the main room struggled to heat the whole studio well. The freezer settings were also quite low, so had to be adjusted a couple of times in order to keep anything frozen during our stay.

Very comfy space, well located and very accommodating hosts

The instructions for check in and parking were way too long and repetitive so I asked AI to simplify them. The free parking is a great bonus but it really is very very hard to park especially larger vehicles. We had a neighbour super paranoid ghat someone’s bumped his van, he was coming out to check if we did every time he’d hear us arrive with the car. 🚘

Location, basic but had all that I needed, cleanliness, balcony and view, washing machine facilities

No instructions sent to me to access the key box so had to call the accomodation. No fan in bathroom, water pressure, no secure locking on door, could do with a few more hooks in the bathroom, the handle of the bathroom window screw was missing so hard to pull window shut- might want to look into that.

We had unit 1, which was a stand alone little A frame. Although close to the road we had no probs with traffic noise. There were some lovely extra touches which made it very comfortable eg tissues and laundry detergent for the washing machine. It was clean, the location was great and everything worked! We recommend Wakatipu Apartments and would stay there again

We were lucky as we only had a small car. A larger vehicle may have a problem with parking as there is not much room.
