Great location. Easy access. Spacious interior. Nice view.

There was no fans or AC system for when it was hot.

Very big spacious rooms. Good facilities like dishwasher and washing machine that came with powders. Amazing location

Nothing we didn’t like. The only issue was finding how to get to the building as the google maps wasn’t up to date and the road in front was shut for works - could have sent a note to say how to drive through the shut road.

The location was perfect. Centre of town with an uninterrupted view of the marina and harbour. The rooms were clean and well resourced. We had a bigger apartment than we needed as we like to have our own space. It was lovely. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and more.

The bathroom was not as clean as it could have been. The tiles still had hair on them and what appeared to be a bit of a nose-bleed by the shower above the bath. The TV only had Sky. No Streaming services or Chromecast, which was a bit of a let-down, but just meant we had more time to enjoy the views and relax.

Very spacious, 3 bedroom unit. Warm and great view of the lake.

Good location but very steep street entrance. We had someone in a wheelchair and walking to and from the town centre (very close) was not possible. We ran out of body wash, coffee pods, dishwasher tabs etc. Soap and lotion dispensers need to be squeezed quite firmly, which was not possible for our elderly relative. Unit only serviced once a week, so any top ups have to be requested. Lots of kitchen equipment but only one small vegetable knife. No bread knife, no carving knives.

Location INCREDIBLE literally right in the action of Queenstown, we hired a car as we skied Cardrona but if it was a Queenstown/tours trip we were on then we wouldn't have needed a car, once home of a day the car wasn't used again. The apartment was self contained with everything we needed to cook a few of the nights, we were there for 9 & with 2 children eating in occasionally, cooking breakfasts was ideal. The apartment was spotless & having a washer/dryer awesome. The hosts were respectful, we were left to our own devices unless we required them, late checkout granted when we remembered to request, the night prior to departing, was a pleasant end to our stay to say the least! Beds were incredible comfortable, heating divine, peaceful location for right in the heart of everything, highly reccommend!

Not necessarily in reference to this accommodation specifically but we were disappointed there are no hot pools in Queenstown, a spa house- other than Onsen Day Spa which is incredibly expensive for a family with children... It would be great to finish the long day on the slopes with a sauna/spa somewhere. Even if it was added to accommodation as an additional option to purchase?

I liked everything about this apartment. The location was awesome, the apartment was very spacious, very well equipped, warm, comfortable and a great design. We were travelling in 2 cars so were able to get free parking within the complex for both cars. We had a 2 small children with us and it was very safe for them within the unit and there was a big internal courtyard which we would have used in summer.

The first room we were given was disappointing as it faced a construction site and the road. There was no private outdoor area and only had access to the common courtyard which has no view. After saying we were disappointed the receptionist, Levi, spoke to his Manager and we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom penthouse. The penthouse was fabulous with great views of the lake and remarkables. There were 2 outdoor balconies. The apartments are a short walking distance to the main Queenstown shops and restaurants.

See above. The distance up to the hotel and reception is only a short distance from the main road but it is extremely steep. A person with a disability or any mobility issues would struggle. They would have to drive into the car park and get the lift.

HUGE apartment ! Plenty of space for 4 of us with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms , generous modern kitchen and spacious lounge & dining area . Also very handy to have own laundry . Great location - 5 mins walk into town .

Would have liked bigger TV. Needed an Air Con unit as we were all VERY hot at night & you could hear alot of noise from town if you opened the windows while sleeping . Very steep access to get into building - no good if you have back problems!

The location was amazing and I’ll be dreaming about the cafe doors that opened wide onto the balcony with a view of the sunset and Queenstown below.

The beds weren’t the most comfortable but they were decent. Didn’t like that the room with two twin beds in it wasn’t a proper room. I fear what might have happened if there was a fire that blocked egress through the bedroom door.
