The location was perfect, only a couple of minutes' walk into town. The apartment was clean and spacious for a family of 4, we loved having our own ensuite and the main bed was comfortable, as was the loungeroom. Off street parking was fabulous. Lovely view from the deck, looking up at Skyline mountain gondola.

We found it tricky to initially locate reception, but that was probably due to our misinterpretation of instructions. The washing machine leaked (clear it was an ongoing issue as the washing machine cabinet showed signs of water damage). Also, one of the twin beds had a wheel that kept coming undone when the bed moved (it was clear it had been fixed before). These were small things that did not take away from our experience.

Central to downtown, easy walk and you’re in the heat of Queenstown. Plenty of room for the whole family. Washer and dryer in the room. Full kitchen was great - even had a full sized fridge. Great off street parking. Quiet and clean

Check in was a bit tricky. Prepaid with booking.com but they weren’t notified, also forgot to give us the keys with the directions. Getting in to our room was a bit tricky also as we had a lower level unit and entry was up above and then down stairs. We ended up driving up and unloading each time we needed the car and then back down to our parking underneath. We also had to fiddle the lock with the secondary key. Only google TV available also, although there was a sky box it wasn’t connected or something.

The location was great - short walk to the town center. Thne apartment was large and spacious. There were many steps to get to the apartment which was fine for us but maybe an accessibility issue for some people and worth considering when booking anywhere in Queenstown - its very hilly.

The heater in the second room was non functioning and there was only a single extra blanket in the whole apartment. We were only there two nights so wasnt a bother for us but shame these things arent checked before people arrive. It was the second bedroom so guessing it may not have been working or past guests didnt let the managers know.

Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment for a family of 4. It has 2 toilet and bath. The apartment has a very good location. Just a few minutes going down to the busy Queenstown and a few minutes going up the gondola ride. It has 2 balconies and an assigned parking for your car. It has complete kitchen equipment and wares, dishwashing machine, microwave as well as washing and drying machine. The bed is very comfortable and the water pressure is so strong. A convinience store is available a few minutes towards the town.

Location was a street away from the busy town but walking distance to the main shops/wharf area. Apartment was fully equipped with everything you would need including washing machine, dryer and clothes horse. Two bathroom and two bedroom was perfect for our group. View was great and apartment was clean and warm with heaters in each room. Apartment also came with underground carpark free onsite which was great.

Note depending on which apartment there are a couple flight of outdoor stairs for you to lift your suitcases up depending which entry you use. Not a negative just some extra info for someone else that might need to ask for apartment on ground level :-)

The room was great, with nice natural lighting in every room. The kitchen was bright, spacious, and well-equipped, making it perfect for cooking. It was also very clean. Plus, you could step out onto the balcony to enjoy the breeze, making the stay even more comfortable and relaxing. The location was near the city center, allowing us to walk to events or go shopping without worrying about parking, which was very convenient.

The room was right next to the street, so if the windows were open, some noise could be heard. Additionally, the reception desk was diagonally across the street, which made it a bit difficult to find at first. We entered from a different side and only saw a small "RECEPTION" sign on the wall, with no other clear directions. As a result, after going up the stairs, I accidentally wandered into other units' backyards multiple times. It would be great if this could be improved with better signage.

Great location - walking into the CBD was very easy.. Fabulous views. Comfy. Quiet. Staff helpful. Good heating. Nice balcony to watch the para gliders from and hear their screams! Toiletries were nice and towels good quality.

Venetian blinds didn't block outside lights. One had a broken slat, which we had to cover with paper. Dishwasher was leaning so much it didn't clean dishes. No dishcloth or teatowel provided. Staff tried to be helpful but couldn't fix dishwasher or blinds. Did provide teatowel etc. Beds were comfy although mattress seemed bigger than base which was weird! The armchairs were 'outside' furniture and not the most comfortable seats.

This is our 2nd time staying at Blue Peaks Apartments. We love that the unit has parking and it’s only a 5 minute easy walk down the hill past the gardens into Queenstown / Lake Wakatipu waterfront. The whole complex is quiet, the unit is neatly maintained, and presents clean and everything kept in good condition. The apartment sleeps 5 as follows: 1 double bedroom (with ensuite), one room with 2 single beds and a day bed in the lounge room. The second bathroom also has a shower/bath combo. The kitchen is fully equipped (although we did not cook this visit due to personal choice) there is washer and dryer facilities in the unit. The admin staff always respond promptly to any queries and were very friendly. Photo attached is view from our unit.

There isn’t anything that we don’t like. We would definitely return again.

Location fantastic. Rooms well accommodated and exceeded our expectations. Only downside was the bedroom windows only had Venetian blinds and the outside lights ‘lit up the bedrooms’ so little sleep first night. However we resolved this by putting up blankets to block out the light. Highly recommend block out curtains are added to the bedroom windows to ensure more customer satisfaction.

Excellent location with amazing views. Well furnished, with comfy beds, and very cosy with the fireplace. Having a full bathroom for each bedroom was great. Easy walking distance to central shopping and restaurant areas, and to the gondola. There are some steps but not too bad, worth it for the view! Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed as well as a full dining table and a balcony too. Free undercover parking was a bonus. The apartment was nice and quiet, away from the main road. Reception staff were super friendly and helpful. P.S. We found the missing laptop!
