The location was perfect, only a couple of minutes' walk into town. The apartment was clean and spacious for a family of 4, we loved having our own ensuite and the main bed was comfortable, as was the loungeroom. Off street parking was fabulous. Lovely view from the deck, looking up at Skyline mountain gondola.

We found it tricky to initially locate reception, but that was probably due to our misinterpretation of instructions. The washing machine leaked (clear it was an ongoing issue as the washing machine cabinet showed signs of water damage). Also, one of the twin beds had a wheel that kept coming undone when the bed moved (it was clear it had been fixed before). These were small things that did not take away from our experience.

Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment for a family of 4. It has 2 toilet and bath. The apartment has a very good location. Just a few minutes going down to the busy Queenstown and a few minutes going up the gondola ride. It has 2 balconies and an assigned parking for your car. It has complete kitchen equipment and wares, dishwashing machine, microwave as well as washing and drying machine. The bed is very comfortable and the water pressure is so strong. A convinience store is available a few minutes towards the town.

Great location - walking into the CBD was very easy.. Fabulous views. Comfy. Quiet. Staff helpful. Good heating. Nice balcony to watch the para gliders from and hear their screams! Toiletries were nice and towels good quality.

Venetian blinds didn't block outside lights. One had a broken slat, which we had to cover with paper. Dishwasher was leaning so much it didn't clean dishes. No dishcloth or teatowel provided. Staff tried to be helpful but couldn't fix dishwasher or blinds. Did provide teatowel etc. Beds were comfy although mattress seemed bigger than base which was weird! The armchairs were 'outside' furniture and not the most comfortable seats.

The room was great, with nice natural lighting in every room. The kitchen was bright, spacious, and well-equipped, making it perfect for cooking. It was also very clean. Plus, you could step out onto the balcony to enjoy the breeze, making the stay even more comfortable and relaxing. The location was near the city center, allowing us to walk to events or go shopping without worrying about parking, which was very convenient.

The room was right next to the street, so if the windows were open, some noise could be heard. Additionally, the reception desk was diagonally across the street, which made it a bit difficult to find at first. We entered from a different side and only saw a small "RECEPTION" sign on the wall, with no other clear directions. As a result, after going up the stairs, I accidentally wandered into other units' backyards multiple times. It would be great if this could be improved with better signage.

This is our 2nd time staying at Blue Peaks Apartments. We love that the unit has parking and it’s only a 5 minute easy walk down the hill past the gardens into Queenstown / Lake Wakatipu waterfront. The whole complex is quiet, the unit is neatly maintained, and presents clean and everything kept in good condition. The apartment sleeps 5 as follows: 1 double bedroom (with ensuite), one room with 2 single beds and a day bed in the lounge room. The second bathroom also has a shower/bath combo. The kitchen is fully equipped (although we did not cook this visit due to personal choice) there is washer and dryer facilities in the unit. The admin staff always respond promptly to any queries and were very friendly. Photo attached is view from our unit.

There isn’t anything that we don’t like. We would definitely return again.

Only downside was the bedroom windows only had Venetian blinds and the outside lights ‘lit up the bedrooms’ so little sleep first night. However we resolved this by putting up blankets to block out the light. Highly recommend block out curtains are added to the bedroom windows to ensure more customer satisfaction.

Great location. Easy and quick walk to town and activity pick up zones. Room has all the facilities you need. Great heating. Comfy beds. Excellent for familes or friends travelling together. Cool views from inside and outside of snow capped mountains and town.

Just needed a better dusting in some areas and given there is plenty of carpeted zones. There was a vacuum so we were able to go over some areas we noticed. I know it would be rather difficult to keep at bay (given it's where the outside glass meets the heat) but a small amount of mould from condensation in lounge room corner carpet when blinds were drawn up. Maybe cleaners never see it when they enter with blinds down. Second bathroom shower was clogged. So unfortunately we couldnt use it and they weren't able to get onsite repairer to look at it during our stay. Luckily only 2 adults, one young child so could share easily. So didn't bother us too much at all.

Excellent location with amazing views. Well furnished, with comfy beds, and very cosy with the fireplace. Having a full bathroom for each bedroom was great. Easy walking distance to central shopping and restaurant areas, and to the gondola. There are some steps but not too bad, worth it for the view! Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed as well as a full dining table and a balcony too. Free undercover parking was a bonus. The apartment was nice and quiet, away from the main road. Reception staff were super friendly and helpful. P.S. We found the missing laptop!

Very spacious apartment, nice decor and lovely views. The bedrooms were of a good size and the 2 bathrooms were a bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the seating area was comfortable. The washing machine and dryer worked well. It was easy walking distance into the town centre even with kids. The car parking was useful as it was difficult to get a carpark in town.

The oven was a bit too clever for us, we had to google for a manual as it had no temperature settings, only presets for different types of foods that didn't apply to what we were cooking. Might be good to leave some instructions for people. Also just be aware there are a few sets of stairs between the carpark and the apartment.

The location is unbeatable: it locates a block away from the downtown area. You can get to town within 3 minutes walk but without the noise at night. There is a bus stop right in front of the reception, nearby tour pickup location, close to the garden and included parking spot and lots of street parking. The unit is spacious and well equipped; everything you can think of is there in the unit. The front desk is only open until 8pm, but they have a procedure for late check ins. I was a little worried but to my surprise, the reception voluntarily stayed past 8pm that day because he noticed there were a few groups hasn't checked in yet. That was great service and should be awarded. The whole experience was amazing.

Nothing really, just a few minor things that may be improved. I would hope for a more modern door lock system, such as keycards or number locks, instead of a physical key per unit. I hope the window shades in the living room can provide more privacy at night; it was more a sun protection. The apartment is located on a slope, so expect lots of stairs and a little bit of climbing. The unit is a little difficult to find at night, the posted signs are for parking spots and not unit number. Can be a little confusing if it's your fist time there. But nothing serious; Queenstown is beautiful and I would definitely stay here again.
