The check-in staff were very helpful, and they provided extra information when asked questions.

We had difficulty with the elevators as they never arrived when we pushed the buttons, and there was no suitable carparking. This meant we had to park several blocks away. Had we known this, we would have gone elsewhere.

We loved the hotel’s location – just 10 minutes on foot to the center, and with a bus stop right outside, it was super convenient to get to the airport, ski fields, and everywhere else we wanted to go. Everything felt brand new, the amenities were top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond. It’s perfect for families, and honestly, the value for money is hard to beat.

It was a pity that our stay happened to coincide with some renovation work. The noise from the neighboring room made it hard to rest, and though the hotel manager quickly moved us to a different room, the smell of paint still lingered.

We liked that the buffet food was good and fresh but lack in vegetarian option so we went outside and eat elsewhere. Rooms were tidy and beautiful they got one of the amazing and experience house keeping team . Bella and Keshav were very professional and experienced. Lobby corridor and the lift were super clean. All staff were very courteous and understanble.

There was no water bottle in the room so we had to go to the lobby to fill the water bottles . Milk (tetra pack) I think needs to be refilled after every service by the housekeeping staff for the next day. There were no vegetarian options on the buffet (breakfast) Slippers in the room not available. And we stayed in room 121 which was near the garden at night as it was -2 there were air passing through into the room (downside) which makes the room very cold even when the AC were on . Heavy curtains were there which was not helping. These are my personal statement which I didn't liked

The hotel is in an excellent location – just a 10-minute walk to the town center, with a bus stop right outside that makes it easy to reach the airport, ski fields, and most major spots. The facilities are modern and the amenities are of outstanding quality. The staff are attentive and thoughtful. It’s perfect for families and offers great value for money.

Unfortunately, our stay coincided with the hotel’s renovation. The noise from the room next door, which was under construction, affected our rest. The hotel manager responded promptly and arranged a room change, but the smell of fresh paint was still unavoidable.

The room was spotless. The bed was beyond comfortable and HUGE! Having a working air conditioner was a plus, so many places we’ve stayed have issues with these. The location was awesome - except the giant, and steep, hill to get town (wouldn’t recommend for older people or those that have issues with walking). Bus stops nearby and within walking distance to town and the lake front.

The bar closed early so we couldn’t get a drink or coffee when we returned from town, which was a little disappointing but not a major issue

The newly renovated rooms are gorgeous, the bed deliciously comfy and the shower with rainfall head was amazing. Staff very helpful with queries, and location great for walking to and from Luma and town.

Parking wasn't available onsite, and roadworks around the hotel are crazy, so finding a park not too far away was just down to luck. We were prepared to pay for parking in the building, as is mentioned on the website. We checked in close to the earliest available time to try and secure a park, but there were none available. The description of what's available for parking should be updated, or even better, you should be able to pre-book a spot when you book the room.

A well renovated room with though out placement of lights and power points. loved the bathroom mirror that heats up to prevent mirror condensation forming when you shower. The room was nice and quiet. The buffet breakfast was the usual welcoming selection. stuff in the restaurant were hard working and friendly. Located on the public bus route. (After hopping off your flight, catch the bus to this accommodation, unless of course you are renting a car.) Walking distance to central Queenstown for shopping and restaurants.

As renovations are still taking place, construction noise commenced at around 7am till about 5pm during the day, making it different to sleep in.

The restaurant was excellent. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very co.fortable and the location was great.

Some of the front desk staff was not friendly. We signed dinner to our room one night. Generally, when you sign for something, it is added to the total hotel bill. That is the convenience of signing for it. At this hotel, we had to pay at the front desk separately for the meal as we were checking out. I have NEVER had that happen before. I travel all around the world. Hannah, the desk agent, was very nice about it. The other desk agent who was not even part of the transaction felt it necessary to tell us that this is the way it is all over New Zealand. This was our 4th hotel on this trip and the only one who conducted business this way. Weird.

Staff were lovely, even when an issue was identified on check in it was quickly resolved. Restaurant and bar staff were also lovely, I appreciated having access to a restaurant in house for breakfast and dinner.

Limited parking was not ideal however on check in staff provided a map of side streets which helped and the circular driveway made it easy to drop off my older parents before going to find an overnight park in the side streets.

Beds were comfortable, Room was great, service was great, and location was great - walking distance to the centre of Town. We stayed at the beginning of our travel for one night and then rebooked back in at the end of our travelling as we were happy with the room and service the first. Would definitely stay again if we holiday and NZ again.

Nothing to add, we are pretty low maintenance, so everything was as we would have expected.
