Nice room with a very decent kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. The room amenities were restocked daily. We had a great view from our balcony. The room layout is efficient and comfortable. Location is a 10 minute walk from the centre of Queenstown, 2 minute walk to the bus stops for Frankton / Remarkables. Free parking provided on site. Top floor requires one flight of stairs.

Would be nice if the outside lights could be turned off. The curtains block the light, but they also block the morning daylight which I like to wake up with. No biggie.

We stayed in three different rooms across two stays, before and after walking the Routeburn. Two of the rooms were on the lower ground floor which are fine for a night or two (and cheaper) but had no view or a close-up view of the carpark. The other room was a 'Large studio with mountain views' – be warned that there are six of these rooms, three have large balconies and great views of the mountains, two are next to reception and have great views of the cars parked in front of them with no balcony and no outdoor furniture. And yes, we got the latter room. The room is nice and large and comfortable but it's not a nice view like the other rooms. The manager was super helpful when we complained and moved some outdoor furniture to the carpark in front of our room ... but check with the hotel before booking these rooms. The location is good with an easy walk into the city and a bus stop nearby for the airport or the city. The hotel has a guest laundry with washing machine and dryer and also a clothesline – all very much appreciated after a very wet walk on the Routeburn!

We booked a single bedroom unit and t had an ensuite and an extra common bathroom too. This was very convenient especially for a family. Building looks new along with all the equipment in it. Parking - Not sure if each unit has atleast one parking lot but we were able to find some spot everyday during our multiday stay in JAN. Laundry - Has a common laundry area with two machines, may be helpful to have more appliances for the number of units the complex has. I dont think there was a dryer, but not sure. Cooking facilities - It would be helpful to have one or more additional sauce pans / cooking pots. Location - Not too far from the centre Conclusion - I would recommend this place.

Felt that the price was a bit on the upper end (atleast for us ;-) ) $450/day for single bedroom unit but may be its Queenstown level price.

Good sized room with balcony and mountain views. The kitchen area had a 2 pan hob as well as a microwave which made cooking a light meal easy. Nice to have a table to eat at. Excellent bathroom with separate shower and bath and the shower was very powerful, though you do need to be careful where the shower head is directed otherwise you’ll have a flood on the floor! Short, pleasant stroll to town and easy to get out of town too.

For me, the bed was too soft and the pillows uncomfortable but that’s my personal opinion. Parking was quite tight, probably not enough for all rooms but free parking available around the corner.

Great location . An easy walk into town . We barely used our car. The view from the room was beautiful ( room 10 ) The room had a perfect sized kitchenette. Great for prepping simple meals . Saved us a heap of money on eating out . The gentlemen on the reception was very friendly and very helpful .

Sadly someone had smoked in our room . Triggered a terrible allergic reaction . The room was lovely but I didn’t want to go there because of the smell. It was in the curtains , every day we had to let fresh air in the try to remove the smell . Our son had the room next door and it was perfect . My bad for not asking for non smoking .

Autoline is located very centrally in walking distance to town. The two bedroom apartment had two rooms, each with their own ensuites. We had a lovely view out towards the mountains and lakes, and two decks (one east facing, one west facing), which were bathed in sun.

The beds are in need of replacing - mattresses were not comfortable. The shower leaked such that everytime we had a shower water went over the floor, and has obviously gone into the carpet in the bedroom. Minimal cookware, but we made do. Towels/coffee were replaced each day, but beds not made nor kitchen tidied. Parking can be difficult if every unit has a car - there are no allocated spaces.

The location is perfect ,close to the towncentre ,you can park your car & walk( @1 km) .The route 6A to Wanaka is also convenient to access .. The studio room has all the basic facilities viz Microwave,Kettle , Refrigerator but not stove..which is ok if you don't plan to cook.Parking is free !

The house keeping staff only replaces the towels & replenishes the tea/coffee & during my stay of 3 days ,the room was not cleaned at all..so that is something the mgt of the hotel could improve as everything else is good ..

The room was very clean everywhere. Location is good. Good kitchen for preparing meals. Beds are comfortable.

The water pressure was too week. Couldn’t have one person taking a bath and another person using the kitchen water at the same time. Very inconvenient for us. Also, I left some used and wet towels inside the shower’s floor but housekeeping didn’t change or remove them for me, instead hung them back to the rail which we might have misused them.

This had the wow factor for me! The reception was warm, welcoming and had the most beautiful fresh fragrance. We were early but we're allowed to check in as our room was ready. Adrienne was really helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious, had the same fragrance as the reception and very modern and comfortable. I loved the space, decor, layout and design.The bed was very comfortable. The garden view was lovely- and we could see beyond to the snow capped mountains.The large glass sliding door is fabulous. It was spotless, the ensuite was roomy and I loved the mirror- very neat!

Probably the only extra thing that would make this perfect, would be a light net curtain to give a bit more privacy, as people walking past can see in when the block out curtain is open.

Location, location, location. price incredible for Queenstown (always gonna be a winner with ME) this place wins the Queenstown Accommodation Gold medal for 2025! Perfect! Fully furnished kitchen (Utensils, cutlery, plates, cups etc) bed huge and so comfortable, awesome hot water, spunky boy at reception, VERY clean, warm, lots of room (didn't watch the TV, but turned it on and it was perfect), almost right in town, on bus route, shuttle from airport to the door - big ups for Autoline - wins hands down!
