Room was clean and spacious. Reception was very accomodating and friendly

As the name it self Lakeview, however, if your room is in the 1st floor, there is only minimal view of the lake. Need to pay for an upgrade to 2nd floor, which some of the house is still blocking the view. Make sure to book 2nd floor and above to have a better view with lake and mountain.. picture is from the 2nd floor room.

We stayed in a Superior 2 Queen Lakeview room and really enjoyed our time here. The view was amazing, and the room was super spacious with great amenities. Everything was clean, including the bathroom, and the room stayed nice and warm during winter. Staff were really friendly and helpful. It’s also super close to the city center, and the free parking was a big bonus. Would definitely stay again!

We weren’t too impressed with the food we ordered from the restaurant—just didn’t quite enjoy the taste. Also, we didn’t notice an AC unit in the room, so we’re not sure how warm it might get during summer. That said, it stayed warm and cozy throughout the winter nights, even with the heater off, and the breeze from the lake might help keep it cool in warmer months. Still, we really enjoyed our stay overall and wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

The view from our room was directly onto the gorgeous mountains in Queenstown and waking up to this view was a real pleasure. The location of the hotel was a very short walk to the centre of town and bustling with life. We could even catch a glipse of the Friday night fireworks off our balcony. The staff were super friendly and accommodating and the internet worked really well if you need to do some work. The parking on premises was a great plus as well. The heating in the apartment was great and the beds were very comfortable. The added daily cleaning service was just wonderful!

The laundry facilities were a bit of a challenge. No one takes or accepts cash anymore, so finding the required coins to do laundry was a lot more challenging than you would think. The lack of kitchen basics made making food in a kitchen not really catered for it was a bit frustrating. The kitchen could really benefit from some simple basics like a colander, foil and baking paper and some oil.

5 stars Our stay at this beautiful apartment in New Zealand was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable — their thoughtful touches truly made a difference. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated. It was equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay, including a fully stocked kitchen, cozy bedding, and modern amenities. We especially appreciated how clean and well-maintained everything was — it felt just like home, only better! The location was also ideal — peaceful, yet conveniently close to local attractions and amenities. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting New Zealand. A truly five-star experience in every way

View was outstanding. Room size was more like an apartment. We didn't need that amount of room, nevertheless it was appreciated.

One issue that annoyed us was being charged on our a/c for a coffee ($6) my wife had already paid cash for. In fact, she paid cash each day! There was a trainee staff member on one morning so we suspect it accidently was added to the bill. It should have only had some potato wedges ($12). It was brought to the staffs attention but she was still charged. We paid $18 to save an argument. The $6 is not at all important, but it left us feeling irritated. Otherwise a great stay, nevertheless marred by a silly mistake.

We were thrilled with view and the size of room. Room was very basic but had two very comfortable queen beds therefore giving us three good nights sleep. Nice clean towels,and clean bathroom. Had excellent service at desk especially helpful with ordering something to eat from uber eats.

There was no information re reception contact or television programming... it would have been nice to know how to find our way around the tv instead of just flicking from channel to channel. The whole hotel looked as if it needed a good refurbish and we initially regretted booking as we walked down long underlit corridors with absolutely no decoration at all. Looked as if needed a good paint. However were pleasantly surprised with beautiful view and big beds when opened room door.

The hotel it’s amazing ! Great location close to town , you just walk straight the Main Street and you will reach town ! The room really nice as well , we stayed with a baby so I requested a crib for the little one and was pretty good , baby sleep on it bc was comfortable. The tall men at reception was really nice with us , always helping us with the baby pram. Nice attention!

I would recommend a ramp , they don’t have one so we have the baby pram and every time that we needed to go outside or coming in we will needed to ask for help to carrying up , that is the only thing that I will suggest for the future .

The room was a good size and it was nice having two big beds (traveling as a mother and son and often one of us gets a single). The beds were really comfortable, as were the pillows. Nice big TV. The room had a nice view of the mountains from the courtyard. The underground parking was handy. We enjoyed a game of pool in the bar :) Good value for money.

The outside of the hotel is a bit tired, but it really doesn't matter as you're too busy looking at the view. Road outside was a bit busy at times but that's Queenstown!

The location is great, easy to walk into town and to get to other places with the bus stop right in front of the hotel. Very comfy beds. It's great how it has a fridge and kettle and you can make tea and coffee. The hot water in the shower is great. The view of the lake is beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The spa had mould on the head rests and smelled very strong of chlorine as the spa is in a small enclosed room, it dried our eyes and skin out, it wasn't very relaxing. It would have been good if the restaurant was open for dinner upstairs and not the small bar area downstairs.

Great view of Lake Wakatipu. Free parking on site and a close walk to the Queenstown town centre. The room was spacious and the beds were some of comfiest beds my wife and I have ever slept on in a hotel. Daily room service was also great. Other helpful things included the spacious lounge for guests on the bottom floor plus laundry/dryer (coin operated) facilities on site. There's also a bus stop handily in front of the hotel.

Shower design meant that water easily overflowed over the shower hop.
