I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Park Boutique Hotel in Queenstown, and it was an experience that truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff, setting the tone for a wonderful stay. The room was a highlight, offering not only cleanliness but also spaciousness, and it was serviced daily to maintain its pristine condition. An added luxury was the complimentary drinks and canapés provided every evening between 6 and 7 pm, a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. The breakfast at the hotel was nothing short of excellent. The menu card offered a variety of delicious options, and the unlimited access to teas, coffee, pastries, and cereals meant that every morning started on a delightful note. The convenience of being just a 3-minute walk from the town center also added to the charm of this hotel, making it easy to explore the beautiful surroundings of Queenstown. What truly sets the Park Boutique Hotel apart is its staff. From the reception to the kitchen staff, the cleaning crew, and everyone in between, each member was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond was evident, especially on the last day of my stay. Knowing I had to leave by 7 am, the kitchen staff thoughtfully prepared a boxed breakfast for me to take away. I wholeheartedly recommend the Park Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Queenstown. Whether it's the impeccable service, the comfortable and clean accommodations, or the excellent amenities, this hotel ensures a memorable and enjoyable stay.

We are happy to review and recommend after a fabulous stay at the Queenstown Park Boutique Hotel. The staff Diego, Meghan, Milko and Mac and every staff member were so caring, friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The beds were great and room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Our room did face the road but the road noise did not bother us. The highlights of our stay included the hospitality with drinks with vinyls and canapés. A lovely way to bring people together and chat with fellow travellers and we met lovely people and shared travel tips and ideas. We enjoyed the Lakes Hayes Pinot Gris and the canapés were excellent. The other bonus was breakfast room and the food options for breakfast. We chose egg dishes and cooked breakfast which set us up for the day and barista made coffee was a bonus (additional cost) but there were other options available. They had bikes you can use. Easy parking under building although we had a small car so it was easy and also Meghan mentioned there is discounted car hire for one of the companies they deal with. Overall, a truly wonderful experience and definitely hope to return one day. We would recommend to others. This hotel was a highlight in our 12 days in Sth Island because of the hospitality and the care. Wish you all well Diego and your team. Ange and Tina

We liked everything about this property, this is a well run top notch hotel that is all about quality. From the social hour with games & a free glass of wine with hors d'oeuvres, to the breakfast, to the upscale furnishings, to the friendly & accommodating staff, we were treated so well by both Lou & Diego that we want to stay again. Centrally located (a 2 min walk from the Queenstown shops and a 5 min walk to Skyline and LUMA), yet on a beautiful park, the view was exceptional, the rooms gorgeous, the beds so comfy, & they even offer bikes to use for free, we couldn’t have asked for more!
The hotel had some issue with their security motherboard that they were trying to fix that caused us to move rooms but Diego took extraordinary care of us, upgraded us to an even nicer room, & apologized profusely, he delayed the work until the next week so as not to inconvenience us any further, and even mapped our next route to Mt Cook ensuring the roads were open (there was a storm pushing through). You’re not just a guest staying at this hotel, they remember your name and genuinely care!

If you’re traveling to Queenstown, this is the hotel you must stay in! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. The hotel is family-owned, and their warmth and personal touch make the experience exceptional—you feel like a valued guest and even part of the family. The interior design is stunning, with a perfect blend of charm and comfort. My room was a highlight, featuring a unique open-ceiling bathroom that allowed natural light to filter through—such a beautiful touch. Everything in the room was thoughtfully arranged for both comfort and style. The location is unbeatable: close to the heart of Queenstown but still peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. What truly stood out, though, was the incredible hospitality. Every single staff member welcomed me with genuine smiles and made me feel truly cared for. I can’t recommend Queenstown Park Boutique Hotel enough. It’s not just a place to stay—it’s an experience that adds to the magic of Queenstown.
The Resturant atmosphere can be upgraded to match the overall vibe

My highest recommendation comes from the fact that I have urged my son, family, and friends to choose this place whenever they visit Queenstown. Why? From the moment you step through the door, the staff envelop you in warmth, making you feel like a cherished member of their family. You are welcomed as if you are returning home. The accommodations are truly exceptional. The beds offer unparalleled comfort, the pillows are just right, and the room designs are nothing short of exquisite, reflecting careful thought and attention to detail. Breakfast is of outstanding quality, and the evening drinks paired with delightful finger foods are simply irresistible! We’ve had the pleasure of meeting fascinating people and enjoying wonderful social interactions. Set against a stunning alpine backdrop, this location is conveniently close to the town's restaurants and shopping areas, with a medical center nearby for added peace of mind.

Very upscale, comfortable and roomy. The staff was super attentive to our needs and very friendly. Canapés and drinks were a nice touch. Parking onsite was very convenient (although we did pay extra in our room rate for “free parking”. Location was a short 10-15 min walk into town.
It’s a small thing, but the porridge at breakfast was not good at all. They tried to make it fancy but it was drowned in cream with lots of sugary toppings. Wasn’t the healthy option I was looking for. The omelettes and the rest of the breakfast were excellent though.

Excellent a la carte breakfast included, cooked fresh. Wonderful service. Staff throughout were excellent. Very comfy beds and everything was well maintained and clean.
Mountain view side was a little noisy with traffic going past and groups walking past through the night. Lighting in the bathroom was not the best for putting on make up. Bathroom has a glass ceiling so was great during the daylight hours but not after sunset. Overall great experience though.

1 The service is unbeatable. The staff were always helpful, friendly, and working. 2. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had everything a traveler would need. Our room faced had a garden view and was very quiet. Again, spacious. 3. There are laundry facilities in the car park equipped with very good machines. 4. Both the breakfast and the happy hour were generous and thoughtfully executed. 5. The location was very convenient but not in the noisy East side of Queenstown.

The location of this hotel was excellent! It is only 2 blocks from town yet surrounded by a park and many trees. You feel very secluded when you are there. The breakfast is great and a full menu is available every morning and included in the price. My favorite part of this stay was the happy hour! From 6-7pm you had a chance to meet and chat with all of the other guests (there are only about 20 rooms) and were served a selection of beer, wine and other beverages. They even had passed appetizers! It was so much fun to do before heading out for the evening. All of the staff was incredibly friendly and had many suggestions for our stay. We would absolutely come back!
Nothing!

I liked the property a lot. The rooms were very comfortable, good size with a nice park view. The breakfast was good and the staffs were so pleasant and friendly especially Cam, Lucricia and Diego at the front desk and Marv and Milko at the breakfast room. Amazing service from all of them. The breakfast was served just perfect.
It didn’t have the full facility of a hotel since its boutique. I didn’t mind the 5 minute walk from the center of town.
