The townhouses are in a great location with beautiful views of the lake and walking distance into town. Kitchen has full facilities and everything you would need including laundry. Spacious living area, comfortable beds with plenty of pillows, linen and towels. Well heated and parking space and room for ski gear. very approachable staff who gave a midweek service.

Be aware that not all the two bedroom units have a separate toilet which was tricky with a family. The internet was intermittent at time which made watching a movie a bit frustrating.

Lovely spacious and comfortable townhouse with an amazing view over Queenstown and the mountains. There was good heating, a nice balcony, comfy couches and a very functional kitchen. Reception was helpful when we needed a couple of top ups for supplies and some help with the wifi. The beds were comfy. We would definitely stay again.

The hill up to the accommodation is short but very steep, which I had expected but was still a bit surprised how steep it was. For me it was good exercise, but just something to be mindful of if you have mobility difficulties. You can take a much longer route that had a more gradual slope if needed.

Location was great especially as we didn’t have a car, it’s a short but steep walk up the hill from central Queenstown hub, with fabulous views over the lake and mountains. Being centrally located we could walk to the adventure venues that provided transport i.e Nevis swing, skiing, Milford Sound bus tour, and the many restaurants for dinner. Accomodation is on two levels, felt like a house with plenty of space for everyone. Having a washing machine/dryer and full kitchen was so good with all the adventures had!

the view from the lounge is stunning which more than made up for areas we liked less. the kitchen is very well equipped for self catering. bed is comfy but skylight means it doesn't go dark which may be a problem for some. Lounge is very comfortable - liked that it had both an armchair and sofa so had room to move. property was immaculately clean location was excellent - just a short walk to the town

we were in a one bedroom apartment and did understand we would have shared access to laundry facilities - this was only available between 1-3pm which is of no use if you plan to explore Queenstown. it would be helpful if there was a means to access this of an evening - maybe coded access??? one point to note - the property is accessed by a very steep hill - I wouldn't recommend to anyone with any mobility issues

Super nice, spacious flat ! Bedrooms were downstairs were it was nice and fresh. Livingroom upstairs was spacious and comfortable. View over queenstown from the appartement is awesome ! Beds were very soft, as everywhere in NZ, but they were comfortable. There is a washing machine with powder and everything !

Kitchen was well equiped but there was no extractor hood, so smells stayed inside the appartment. Also the living area would get really hot by the end of the day, so we kept windows open at all times. As most places in NZ, they did not provide sponges, but only a brush. I find it very hard to get your dishes cleaned with a brush only …

The staff was exceptionally friendly and courteous, and the location is excellent, conveniently close to the main area of Queenstown. However, be prepared for a bit of a hike, as the apartment is a 5 to 10-minute walk uphill from the town center.

This apartment spans three stories, with the living room and kitchen located on the third floor and the bedrooms on the second floor. Since we traveled light, carrying our luggage to the second floor wasn’t an issue. The kitchen is basic, so if you plan to cook, you’ll need to purchase your own condiments, as they are not provided. However, coffee and tea are available in the apartment.

The views The space The excellent kitchen space and utensils provided Washing machine and dryer. The useful folding laundry line so that wooden or delicate clothing didn’t need to be placed in the drier. After hours check in worked well for us .

The only criticism was that on our last day we needed to catch a bus out to the airport and then drive back to pick up our luggage in our hire car because we could not safely walk or roll our luggage down the steep incline to the bus stop. However the daily views and proximity to downtown Queenstown compensated for this ! We are reasonably fit 60+ year olds but that steep incline might not work well for older / or less fit people.

Properties are clean and neat and incredibly well located — 2-3 minutes walk to the centre of town, great proximity to good coffee, groceries and more. Views spectacular! Absolutely breath-taking. To be so close to town + to be high enough to have good views = a winner in Queenstown. With no aircon, the living space did get very hot on warm days but there were fans and windows did allow for breeze. BBQ and deck areas are shared and generous. Kitchen is clean. Pantry items (eg salt, pepper, gladwrap, oil, sauce, etc.) are not provided. Bathroom and bedrooms clean and functional. The ability to get fresh towels every day was great. Staff were utterly lovely in all interactions. Super professional and kind! You pay a premium here for the location and it’s worth every cent. Highly recommend Turner Townhouses. We will be back!

Loved everything about this apartment - it was warm and spacious and had amazing views. It was clean and the laundry and kitchen facilities were great.

If you dont have a car the walk back to the apartments, while short, is a very very steep incline. This would be an issue for people with accessibility issues or the elderly. Many locations in Queenstown require up hill walks - this was especially brutal but nothing the managers can do anything about.

This property had everything we needed, close to the centre of town and all for a reasonable price. Lovely views from the living area. Kitchen was well equipped. Living area felt spacious. Great storage in wardrobes. Bonus to have laundry facilities in the unit and under cover parking by the front door. Bit of a trick to the heating, but once we sorted that out we found the property could be kept to a comfortable temperature in cold weather.

Lots of pillows available but all the same and all too soft. Beds were ok, but not really comfortable. Hot water cylinder not large so ran out of water a few times (we aren’t use to that with gas at home).
