The property very clean and comfortable, great view. In reality more than the pictures e everything amazing.

Going to city good not far but when you back to the property need more effort if you are not like difficult walk or hacking better go by taxi. Other thing need to change some of kitchen stuff as used too much. But these points just to keep mors on top in general fantastic property.

Great 3 bedroom with a terrific view in a quiet neighborhood. It was sort of in a great location. We thought it was within walking distance to town but turns out the hill is super steep to get there.

The only problem with the villa is that it really does require you to Uber or Taxi to town, the hill to get there is super steep. My very athletic family decided to Uber 50% while walking was a bit of a hassle and work out. BTW, Uber is on it and cheap.

Spacious accommodation with spectacular views and lovely garden surroundings. Very quiet and comfortable. It felt like a home away from home

Whilst the gas fire offered ambience it was not very warm in the living area as it is a large high ceilinged room which takes some time to heat up. There should be some space left for guests to store larder provisions

Could have done with something to welcome weary travellers (drink and snack), floorboards lifted at entrance to living area (trip hazard), and no contact from manager during stay to check how things were

The interior design is warm and welcoming, the bedding is clean and fresh, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the outdoor scenery is beautiful.

It is recommended to provide toothbrushes and disposable slippers.

Very comfortable and super spacious with the most amazing views from all windows over Queenstown. Extremely comfortable beds and living, laundry space.

If you don’t like a walk uphill you might avoid but we found it a good walk to and from the centre.

Location is bit high on the hills so need to drive to town. Not easy walking distance, particularly given the steep slope coming up

. Rooms a little on the smaller side . Villa is 4 storeys, so stairs everywhere . Over $1,500 per night is a little dragged. Maybe $1000 is reasonable

It’s unique townhouse with 3 levels. It’s quite big that we did not imagined. Also with a lift which is convenient. It got heater in both bedrooms and bathrooms. Make it easy for winter.

The view from the living room and the bedroom. The bathtub. The villa was huge and very comfortable.

Only thing that wasn’t perfect was the coffee machine - didn’t enjoy the nespresso coffee or the coffee bags.
