This is a lovely Motel in Queenstown. In a great location, super close to the main streets but at a nice distance for some peace and quiet. It has an incredible view of the mountains too and view of the gondola. It was equipped well with a microwave, tea and coffee and milk provided. There is a massive supermarket just 5 minutes away. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very clean! Would recommend!

All the staff I had contact with were excellent. They were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The motel is downhill into town, but an uphill return. I walked down and then got an Uber back, as I have difficulty walking uphill. You can see the Gondola from the motel and there is a school next door. The paragliders sometimes landed in the school field, that was good to watch.

The bed was too soft for me.

Great location - easy walk in to Queenstown centre and other attractions e.g. Kiwi centre and gondola. Comfortable bed :) Good kitchen area with oven, and a decent fridge. Umbrellas were a godsend on the day we had almost biblical rainfall!!

Only half a dozen channels on the TV (thought there would have been more) and two of those had poor quality reception.

This motel is very well located in Queenstown, just a short walk from the centre and the cable car. It was nice to meet someone in person at the reception and she was extremely helpful and friendly! Also, it's possible to get extra towels, tea bags, coffee etc. whenever you choose.

The most satisfying part is the location - super close to the Sklyline and Luge - several minutes walking distance. There is a grocery nearby - 2 minutes walking distance. Queenstown is not big - walking distance to all the major places. The price is competitive. There is cafe for breakfast nearby. Free car parking with enough parking space. Overall highly recommended for family.

Superb property located in a prime position in Queenstown. The accommodation has all the amenities one would expect. The town is bustling and the lake is stunning. We were lucky to enjoy the excellent warm weather that we had during our stay. A drive along the lake to Glenorchy gives stunning views. We recommend this place for a stay in Queenstown.

The man on the front desk as I checked in could not have been more helpful! He was efficient to explain things clearly, Including how to get into town. Location is fantastic just five minutes into town

I booked the accommodation due to the reviews saying that the beds were excellent, unfortunately they did not meet that standard. Also, I did try to mention on checkout this morning that the heater was not working, but there was no one there and I had to leave. I will come again though! Thank you

The location is perfect. It’s quiet yet convenient to reach downtown Queenstown. Only about 10 min walk to the Gondola and 10 - 15 min walk to the lake. The kitchen is well equipped. It comes with an electric frying pan for cooking. We preferred to cook with a hot plate (induction cooker) and the staff brought one to our room immediately. Highly recommend!

Our second experience with the Bella Vista chain and we weren't disappointed. Located within very convenient distance from the main part of town. Comfortable bed, great shower and clean throughout. While we didn't get to meet the owners, the check-in/check-out process was seamless.

The very narrow parking spaces and laneway that had to be negotiated.

Lovely clean and cosy room that stayed very warm even with the heater off for hours. Location puts you within walking distance of practically everything you could want in Queenstown, as well as away from busy high-traffic areas.
